This one has messed my order up the last 3 times I’ve been. I don’t even ask for anything special. Too expensive for that to be happening.

Excellent! Needed to get lunch in a hurry on this particular day, and Jimmy John's did not disappoint.

Ordered a sub for delivery, no mayonnaise clearly stated on the ticket. I despise mayonnaise with the fiery passion of a thousand suns . When it arrived, I opened it up and bit into an absolute mayonnaise slathered mess. Unsalvageable. Whatever, I threw it out, found something else to eat, and reached out to Jimmy John's to find a solution. They said they would refund my money and, to wait a couple days for it to post to my credit card. Two weeks later: still nothing. Called the restaurant, was told the manager would call me back, still hasn't. Nothing like paying 22 bucks for a glob of Mayo.

11 dollar lunch for one slice of turkey. Might as well be a veggie wrap. Used to not be this way. Subway it is from now on when I want an actual turkey wrap.

Stop reading a prompt. You asked me the same questions as if you weren’t even paying attention and just kept repeating like a robot. No for the 3rd time, I’m not part of your rewards.Waste of money. I didn’t enjoy it, I threw it away because It was so dry, I guess you have to ask for mayo and Dijon… it has come on my sandwich a million times and is usually part of the prompt… freaky fast (and rushed) yet incorrect and lacked any interaction. She asked “is that it?” After everything i said- I wasn’t done ordering but you’re so quick to want to finish you lacked the realization I had questions and all you wanted was answers. I ended up making back to back orders because she was so in a rush and I felt pressured to finish (no one was there but me and 3 employees chilling.)Ask relevant questions - not prompts to hit your rewards signup goal. My goal was to enjoy my meal. Fail.Management take note, you are training a task rather than teaching a skill, people.Had you spent an extra second to listening you may have provided an actual satisfied service with an order I would have enjoyed.

Ordered through drive thru. Asked for barq’s root beer and got some lip back from the girl on the otherside. Young kids or not maybe you should know what kind of drinks you serve before catching an attitude with customers.. mid at

Didn't order anything from Jimmy John's but ate our Wendy's meals outside at jj 's tables and chairs. Very clean and cheerful outside color schemes which made it more fun 2 eat outside.Parking: We do not own a car but did notice no parking problems 4 other customers. It wasn't such a busy place when we were there.

I used to frequent this JJ once a week, but the manager called me out for taking too many napkins. I read where each JJ completes over 1 million $ in sales and has a profitability of about 14 percent. The manager complains he is loosing money on too many napkins. What a moron this manager is if his only profit margin is napkins. He lost my business.

I got food poisoning from their pesto pasta. It seemed room temperature when I got it “fresh” but I ate it anyway. Lesson learned and I’ll never be back.
