Today my family and I went to get sneauxballs after an early dinner; they were amazing! My daughter ordered the “love” sneauxball and my mom and I ordered rainbow for the nostalgia.One thing I want to mention is that before ordering I specifically asked were there any smaller sizes than the ones on display. I knew my child would not finish the smallest size displayed. The cashier told me that they didn’t have a smaller size.As we were waiting on our sneauxballs to be fixed, a lady came in with about 8 young boys and all of a sudden I see that they had smaller cups. All of the boys were able to order small sneauxballs.An appropriate answer would’ve been that the smaller cups were for a certain age range not a flat out “no.”

Went to the drive thru location today and it was fast and convenient. Tried the orchid vanilla flavor today not sure what to expect and it was amazing! Definitely recommend for a quick and delightful treat!

I have never had a snow cone with vanilla ice cream in the middle and let me tell you IT WAS SO GOOD!!!!!! A friend of mine introduced me to it a couple of weeks ago and I've gone to three times a week ever since I was just in there yesterday and I will be going back in there tomorrow when I get off of work

First time going and I took the kids for an end of the s hool year treat. We walked in and I told the guy it was our first time in and he welcomed us and explained the menu. After choosing what we wanted it wasn't but a few minutes we had our snow cones. My boys ordered a bubble gum with sour spray and blue raspberry with sour spray and they LOVED them. My 2 year old got a bubble gum because it's blue and I got the unicorn which is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The cheesecake filling is divine!! I will definitely go back to try others! May make this a tradition now...If you are ever in the area go try it...they also have a drive through location.

Jmo’s! Wife I and frequent both locations! Always enjoy it! Ran by the north Monroe one and had the thought of maybe he could cater our little boys first bday. It was super easy to set up on the website! Email confirmation almost immediately! Owner is literally the nicest person around! Highly recommend! Sneaux!!! Best shaved ice around! Also always great to support local!

So I just took my kids for an end of the school year treat and I will be back! We walked in and I told the guy it was our first time in and he was so sweet and helpful. He welcomed us in and explained the menu as we looked it over and then we all chose what we wanted. One of my boys got bubble gum with sour spray and the other got blue raspberry with sour spray...they LOVED them! My 2 year old got whatever blue they had and I got the unicorn and let me tell you....it was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back and try something else. 10 out of 10!!

First let's talk about the service...can you say excellent, helpful, professional, kind and patient. Today was my first visit, the menu had such a variety that I had to be helped. I ended up getting the "Fox." Dont remember all the flavors but mainly had cotton Candy & cheesecake. Delicious! Oh yeah, ask them about that special sauce...yummy! I drove drove GA, trust...I'll be back.

****Drive-thru location**** second time here and enjoyed my experience this time around. Spoke with the attendant and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the different items on the menu. Came here after my son's flag-football game to celebrate and it was a nice pit stop.
My daughter, husband and I stopped by to try the stuffed sno balls that we'd heard so much about. They did not disappoint. We had the Ace, Queen of Hearts and The Love. I had the Love which wedding cake flavored stuffed with Cheesecake and had the imperial cream topping. OMG I made the right choice. My only regret is not getting any pictures before we dove in. I guess I have to go back now

Customer service is ok....?? Flavors are nice but I have gone two separate times and felt like the folks working didn't want to be bothered. Makes me not want to go anymore. Sizes have gotten smaller but prices have increased. I have been going on since the adams st location opened. I honestly liked it alot better when it first opened??.

I didn't think it was possible that cheesecake and a snow cone combination would work. If you're not adventurous they have the conventional cone. . . but don't knock it until you try it. I'll definitely go back. . . especially on a hot muggy day.
