Idk what happened but the tenders and nuggets don’t taste the same. Worked for KFC for three years… this is the worst it tasted. Chemically almost.Maybe it was the switch to nuggets from popcorn chicken. Idk.Service is always amazing and quick. Could’ve just been an off day.

I been in so many KFC and never had the service like this one, it took more than 30 minutes to get the food and the service was horrible, at the end the manager gives the food and it was missing 3 orders, she was so rude, only because we pay with a credit card and passing Tru if not I sure I will cancel the order, never again passing Tru the town and ger KFC

This is first time 1984 to walk out in to clean kfc. The only reason I entered was the out side clean and updated. NJ NYC garbage. This place was clean. I can see myself eating at fast food restaurant. Staff was friendly. I got seconds too eat later. Very good food today

If i could give 0 start I would. Placed an online order 70 minutes before their closing time, get there and they told me they can’t do my order b/c they have to clean their fryer. Then why didn’t you guys call me to let me know? Making me driving there just to realize that i won’t have my food. Communication is the key for a successful bussiness.

Food was horrible,ordered a 2 piece original and the chicken tasted like flour/paste or something,this isn't the first time I've had an bad experience at this same K.F.C. The skin on the chicken usually be delicious but my last three outings there I've been highly disappointed.
I love me some KFC.. we came we waited…my husband went to the rest room…we waited some more…the people in front of us left…more people left…eventually we left.

Absolutely worst KFC I have ever encountered. They simply do not care and clearly there is no consequences for the unprofessional behavior. The employees openly chose not to do their jobs.Last week as soon as i pulled up to the establishment there were multiple cars already waiting on their food and vocalizing their frustrations. This is nothing new for this establishment. Nobody cared. Walked in to get a order which had already been paid for and the employees were in the kitchen hiding. Not one person at the front counter. However the chairs were all put up, floor had been mopped and they were preparing to get out of there. This was before 9pm. My guy friend asked loudly multiple times if he could be serviced. (Not to mention the other people in the lobby just waiting on them to come to the counter). After asking again, he walked around to get his order which had already been paid for and sitting there waiting to be handed to him. Once he got his food hisself, the employee was finally motivated enough to come from inside the kitchen. Only to LOCK THE DOORS! Yes, to LOCK THE FRONT DOOR to keep customers from coming inside.They lock the doors at random times whenever they feel like it so the drive thru is constantly backed up due to nobody being able to go inside and order. You can never get your food because it's always a wait. The Doordash orders loseomey because they are literally waiting 30 mins on chicken each time they get an order. How is this place still open? Shut this place down and retrain everybody from the top to the bottom. They do not care about their jobs or the customers. They only care about going home for the day, which is where they should be permanently. If the employees put HALF the amount of energy into servicing their customers as they do preparing to leave for the night they'd be in a better position.

I hope my visit was an exception Unfortunately the food made me sick It could be the food or a virus.Has anyone else gotten sick from KFC?I will Not be dining here again Pookie value No buffet.I got explosive diarrhea from the food.Avoud if you don't want to get sick.I recommend if you are constipated are impacted or constipated..
