I stopped in today for my Mexican food fix. The chorizo queso was good with the chips. The salsa was great, as always. I ordered the three tacos - one of each, that came with rice and beans. The ground beef taco was good. The beef was excellent and the chicken very good. My eyes are always bigger than my belly so there will be leftovers. Saturdays they do not have lunch specials but I wanted the quesabrilla. It was good. Today I ordered an enchilada and taco (beef) with a side empanada, since I've not tried one here yet. I was allowed to have my well behaved dog on the patio. The service was good as always, even though I was outside. I'll come back!

Meh. The white staff was busy eating their meal when we walked in about 3:45 to have a late lunch/early dinner. Took a minute to be seated in a booth whose upholstery was all torn up, as the waitress was chewing her food. We had the 3 chicken enchiladas plate, The Banderas - one was covered with red chili, one with white, and one with green chili. Came with a side of rice. There was a little pile of lettuce, some tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream on the plate. The chips and salsa were good. The food was too. Surprised that mexican food didn't come with refried beans. We did 2 Corona's for the price of one, $9! We never saw the waiter after he dropped off the meal, so when we were done, he didn't know. Took us a while to locate him and get our to-go box and the bill. Of course, he was on the other side of the room with the waitress who was still eating her meal. Attention to detail would go a long way.

Food and drinks were okay, our service was definitely the highlight! I think the drinks are heavy on the mixers. I'm from out of town but if I ever made it back here I'd ask for my two into just one glass. One good margarita, delightful service and pretty okay food.
