So disappointed. Waited 45+ minutes for three sandwiches and left without even receiving our food. It took so long that we requested a refund. The manager was rude and could’ve cared less about the terrible service she/staff provided. So lazy & disappointing. Don’t waste your time at this location until it’s under new management.

Ordered lunch at 11:13 and after 20 minutes went to check where the food was. The lady at the front counter said, "you're next". 20 minutes later I go to check again and they are starting to package up a carry out catering order. I had to leave so asked for a refund and the managers name. MaKayla is the managers and she was rude about the refund. Waited 46 minutes and no food. As refund was being issued the food came and compensation to make it right was offered. Unreal. MaKayla the manager needs to do better.

McCalisters doesn't feel like a deli beyond getting your order in at the counter. It's freshly made food and just delicious. I had a Cuban Sandwich that was one of the best I've had. I'm a bit of a Cuban expert having spent many years in Miami and all those fresh pressed goodies. If you're headed to a deli, try McCalisters !

Went in for dine-in but they made it to go. Justice my hostess doesn't greet you, she speaks so low you can't hear her, no smile, no recommendations, and no life in her at all but she makes sure you see the tipping points on the screen. I am normally a BIG tipper but lately I wondering why I am tipping a cashier? Don't they work by the hour? Justice (the host) did not prep my food, make the food, and simple hands it to you. Finally she said I would get a military discount but didn't add it. I had to get the manager to refund it back. Glad I asked for my receipt. Next on to the food. The chili was burnt and scorched. I guess they gave the bottom of the pan. I also received no napkins, no spoon, no crackers, etc. I had to ask for all of that. There no customers there so it was very clean in the lobby. Oh and the carrot cake was great even though Justice said she won't eat it because of the coconut on it. I asked her what did customer's think about it not would she eat it. Justice cheer up life is not that bad. I hope you learn to smile, make recommendations, and enjoy your job more.Wheelchair accessibility: Curbs are knocked down for your convenience. We usually love it here…. We order for delivery, we come in… Today we came in and got a French dip, a Rueben, and some soup for our daughter. Both the adults sandwiches were cold, there was sauerkraut on the French dip…the meat on the French dip wasn’t good. We saw the manager was overwhelmed plating food and looking overwhelmed so we waited to speak with her. We told the young man that picked up our half-full plates about our meal but nothing was done…not that we expected it but we did ask him to let her know about the meal. This place is one of our staples so it’s really disappointing to experience such a mediocre meal that wasn’t reality edible. We’ll definitely be waiting a bit until we give them another try :-/
