Randomly decide to close but won’t post a sign at drive thru. Pulled up at 4:15am to line full of cars at the drive thru and an employee literally cleaning the glass inside, let 6 cars sit for extended periods of time before I asked him if he was gonna tell everyone that yall closed… it’s a simple piece of paper and a “closed”

My friend and I ordered nuggets, a burger and fries at 12:20 am. After 45 minutes, we asked if our food was coming up soon. The lady was so rude and insisted that it’s because there was a long line. (But people there 30 mins after us got their food). So after an hour we spoke to the manager Samantha. Samantha could not have been more rude and disrespectful. We eventually got a refund after 75 minutes because they said they were not gonna make our food even though we paid for it.Altogether, Samantha and the woman with AirPods in are horrible for customer service and maybe need to find job not dealing with people.

The manager did absolutely nothing after waiting over an hour for a very simple order. Terrible service. I do not recommend ordering or attending this mcdonald’s. The manager was very rude to the costumers and proceeded to tell us our only option was a refund after yelling at us. Get this location closed down.

Non of the employees ever want to work. I just an hour in a drive that was closed and then when I went inside to asked about my order the manger was rude and said she can’t help. I will never go back and I hope people stop going here and it closes.

Though most of them are nice a lot of homeless people sit inside. the door dash line after 7:00 is always to the door no one seems to come to work at any of the McDonald's down here there's always three to four people doing a full crews
