Terrible customer service. Ordered online and they kept trying to give us someone else's order in the drive thru. Then the cashier said I owed $19.34 and I told her I already paid online. Then some lady came yelling from the back saying 1934 to me and I said I already paid. She then walked away and yelled you should know your order number. On my end all I had was a code for the drive thru, not an order number.

This McDonald's is too slow there is food all over the floor. It just looks dirty The service is extremely slow I came inside to get 4 sandwiches and fries and drinks it took me over 30 minutes stand in front of the counter. after I got my food, still missing a chicken and it took them an extra 20 to 30 minutes just to make. ????

Asked for Big Breakfast sub bacon with hotcakes. Got Hot cakes & bacon. So I paid $6 and rec’d $3 worth of merchandise. In my world that is theft. Called them. Endless rings. Would not answer the phone so I could explain this to the manager/staff. Sad business practices. Come on! America deserves better from its service workers.Ethics & effort people! Sheesh!☹️

For it being noon <lunch time> the food was horrible. The fries were hard and cold and the single hamburger ? was hard and dry af. Sick of paying for subpar food. It was $21.00 for 2 combos.
