They advertise to be open until 12am, but we're fully closed at 1130pm.... it also says 24hr drive through, but clearly closed at 1130pm

Very rude, showed no interest in catering to customers! Ignored everyone who came in had 3 people walk out while in store then ignored my order. Dirty restrooms, cashier was among the rudest continued to ignore us for over 30 minutes. Employees played in kitchen obnoxiously. Overall will not go back to that specific restaurant.

I had a terrible experience here. It took a while to order, it took a while to get my food, when I got my food it was wrong. I had to go inside to try and get them to make it right but it took forever to get their attention. When I did get their attention I wasn’t satisfied with the resolution. My fries were cold, my sandwiches were sloppy… I will say on the sandwiches the ingredients were correct so shoutout to the dude making them, E for effort ? I know you can’t expect much from McDonald’s anymore but you make more than $10/hr, I made $8.05 when it was my first job and strived for nothing less than greatness. If you don’t like your job, get a better one, don’t take it out on your customers.

My daughter got me to stop at McDonald's again boy I regret it every time they have no customer service they don't care about customer service they only care about one thing and that is money. A few years ago I got a free coupon for some food as a sorry from the corporate store here in Tallahassee b manager refused to accept the coupon for free food. You say today I was buying food and they couldn't get the order right very disappointing I mean customer service isn't that hard to provide when you have a company that's willing to actually give you the authority to provide customer service. There's a reason McDonald's doesn't use a clown anymore because McDonald's isn't funny

Employees are always playing on thr back line and the cashiers act as if we are disturbing them. Needs real attention to this establishment. Can you believe 6 McDoubles cost 24.00 bucks. Wth..

This was the best service I've had at a McD's in a long time. I ordered inside, and they were friendly, quick, and everything was hot. I only waited a short time since the drive-thru was busy. The manager even handled a phone call very professionally while I was paying for my food.
