The customer service wasn't bad at all. The young ladies working at the register and that was serving were great. However, the ice was black and the pizza was not good at all. I have considered that this is a bar connected to a pizza location and it's very busy. The fact that we ordered extra marinara sauce to compensate for the lack of sauce on the pizza the proceeded to give us soupy tomato soup. Other than the issue with our $35 meal the root beer was indeed the best part.

Has yummy pizza with thin crust which I love. But to add toppings it seems expensive. Additionally I always ask for extra crispy and they never do it.

Best pizza in Tallahassee! The dough is just the right consistency and thickness. Tomato sauce is not overpowering. Ingredients are excellent quality. Service and atmosphere leave a little to be desired. Great Pizza the management could do a better job with keeping tables clean and floors mopped.

We came in with a party of about 25, the service, the staff, the food and the place was all excellent and we had a great time. I am not a pizza eater normally but will have a Gaines Street Pie again. Thank you Kenny and May and to the rest of the staff we had a good time!!!!!

Food was amazing, like always, but they brought our food out 15-20 minutes apart. We ordered four items, and the first person had to sit and look at their food while we waited for the rest of the items to trickle out.

We normally love to come here and have had great pizza. But last night on the 19th the pizza was awful. Hard crust and hardly no cheese like they were in a hurry and turned up the oven to crank more pizza out.
Thin crust delicious pizza. A lil slow getting it but it was good when we got it.

This is our second time visiting. Nice folks but for what they charge, wish they had put more toppings on the pizza when building your own pizza. Not many mushrooms over all. The pizza dough was not cooked in the center of the pie. Half the garlic knots were burned on the bottom. To be fair, where it wasn't burned tasted good. The kitchen staff were watching the football game and yelling as the football game on the TV was going on. Maybe they should have been paying attention to what they were making, and it not busy, actually doing some cleaning in the kitchen. If one stands near the registers to order, then looks in the kitchen, at the light fixture as well as the vent /duct over the areas where the pizza is being prepared, it is caked with black, greasy dust. We will not be back.

This was a grear find for someone new to Tallahassee. It's legit up the street from my job. 12 bucks for 2 big ole slices and a drink is not bad at all. I will definitely be returning!!
