Do not order delivery from here… my husband and I spent over $40 for our meals tonight. I paid extra for queso in my bowl, and it had none. Wrong ingredients. And there was a hair in my bowl… extremely unsanitary. My husband asked for certain sauces on the side, and they just piled them all on top. Our chips were stale. Paying $40 for Moe’s, you’d expect them to show a little more concern with what they are preparing. When I tried to call the location, it asked me to leave a voicemail but their voicemail box was full. Just not worth ordering from here. Unsanitary, and just plain wrong.

Last night Julian was an awesome representative of the company. Nice , polite and energetic. He nearly made up for all the bad experiences at the West Pensacola Street location and dealing with the female Jo that doesn’t practice good sanitation procedures like leaving her cellphone out of the prep area, where the chips are always stale. Everything at Thomasville Road location was great last night.

This is the so called new limited time birria in a bowl - waste of money ! I was better off going to chipotle !!!! This was horrible i wouldn’t recommend this location as the workers clearly can’t make a basic bowl… chipotle would never ! I spent over $30 on my order and this is what I get like where is the birrria ?!!! Find another location this is horrible and pathetic ! Hire better workers who actually care and know what the heck they’re doing … like how do you seriously mess up a bowl for a new food item at that . I was looking forward to this after a long day of work and this is what I get… never again !

We arrived a little after 9 pm. No tofu and they wouldn't make more. “Grill isn’t open all night” and “no one eats our tofu” was the response. Had to ask that they clean the queso from the side of the container. No discount for not having our protein. The argument for not going to Moe’s gets stronger w every visit.

Very stingy restaurant. Ridiculously low amount of protein per order, and will obviously charge you more for couple more pieces of meat. Otherwise good service and atmosphere. Good quest. Overall, would not recommend if you’re actually hungry and looking for high protein meal.

The outside looks a little rough but the food was amazing and the customer service was good. I don’t believe the looks part has anything to do with Moe’s since it is in a strip mall.

Wow, I'm shocked the company would allow this disaster to be representative of its corporation. As I walked in, the floor was sticky and remained so as I walked the line where the food was prepared. The woman behind the counter was prompt and fairly friendly; she looked exhausted and I felt bad for her. I ordered three hard shell tacos and she placed the toppings I requested. Then I requested nachos with the cheese on the side. The nachos were kept in a plastic bin, uncovered and open to the environment as employees walked by. The floor was caked with a black film and I could hear the soles of their feet creaking on the stickiness. This is a large corporation but, my goodness their quality control is horrific if this is representative of their attempts to control quality. I paid something like 25 bucks and when I got back to my hotel, after a few bites, I threw it away. Hence, I'm taking the time to write this review. I gave it a two star because I rarely give one star reviews. It was a close call however...

They gave my order to someone else. This was after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Only had staff of 3 working at noon. Recommend avoiding this location for a while.
