So, I tried Newk's Eatery today for the first time. I've never heard of it before. Most family and friends I've asked never heard of it, but I Google for vegan opinions, and there it was. There is not a vegan option, so I went vegetarian today and tried the Shrimp PoBoy. I must say I was not disappointed, it was delicious. Shrimp was perfectly seasoned, which made me completely forget the cocktail sauce. I truly enjoy this without. My friend had the Cheesesteak, which I couldn't tell if it was good or not by the way he messed over it and didn't say one way or the other, good or not. But it looked good. Now, the Stawberry Cake to me was out of this world. Not to much icing on it. Just the way I like it. All in all, I think they are great. I think you should try Newk's. The quality has gone down quite a bit. My wife and I both ordered sandwiches and they were both missing several ingredients. The sandwiches didn't have a lot of meat on them either. The sandwiches were cold as well.

Great salads (and sweet tea lol)! Online ordering is easy - wait time is usually under 15 minutes, plus you can almost always pick up your online order without having to wait in line.

When someone orders a sandwich and asks for the mayo and mustard on the side, what do you translate that to? Does that mean slop the bread in mayo and mustard so thick it comes out the side and then put extra cups of it in the bag too? Because that’s how I received it. Shaking my head. Seriously get it together.

Waited and waited for the wine and 2 salads. Finally they came to our table with to go boxes with the salads. Told it was too late (7:30 pm) to eat in the restaurant and that they hadn't served wine in long time. Been nice if they told us all this when we orfered.
