We’ve been out of the country for a while. It always amazes me how American establishments don’t know how to make a cappuccino. This place was no different. Muddy dishwater cap. Coffee flavor was good, not burnt or bitter, and service as friendly. They just don’t pay attention to detail. I included a photo of their dishwater brown cup appearance, and then two from different states in Mexico to demonstrate what a cappuccino should look like… at a minimum, a white cap.

Only one person working on a Sunday morning and they got very busy. Went to another café on the top 10 list instead.

First time in Tallahassee and I had to make a quick road trip stop for coffee! Saw that Ology was in a brewery and it piqued my interest! The coffee had very good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The menu item names are very creative. Five stars for that.So far loved the vibe. And as far as customer service goes, they were very friendly! I really wanted to try their Rosemary Lavender but sadly they were out of this flavor.I opted for cardamom with oat milk. After the first sip.. I couldn't quite get the cardamom taste. Not with the second, third or fourth. It fell a bit too short for me. Cardamom has a very distinct taste and it was lost in the milk. Just tasted like a regular latte. I had to have more than 12oz (looks like this is their only size) so I also got the cold brew.. but the batch was not as strong as I would prefer. I think it can be better. I'm sadly reminded of the old Keurig days when my coffee would come out tasting extremely diluted but I would still drink to because it was quick and easy. Cold brew is a slow, beautiful and delicate process. This drink did not reflect that awesome cold brew experience. I expect the cold brew from a coffee place to taste much better than what I make at home. No for me Ology. Wish you guys better days though!

This is the chai of my life ♥️ Ology offers the most elevated coffee experience in Tallahassee. The brown sugar oat milk latte is my standard go-to treat, but now it contends with the spicy, slightly sweet, decadent chai. Always a pleasant atmosphere, friendly to pets and people.

Ology is the best microbrewery in Tallahassee! Their tarts and sours are absolutely perfect and their IPA's taste like you're biting into a fresh grapefruit. Their bourbon is also very smooth. The best coffee is the "Blatantly Obvious", a cold brew coffee with their coffee liqueur mixed in. You can even add a shot of their bourbon to it and it's fantastic ? This is definitely the new weekend morning stop for when the wife wants to get out of the house for a bit.

Coffee was really good, both drip and lattes were beautifully brewed and served. Had a pasty which was really good too. 10/10 would recommend for a morning stop

Awesome coffee. I really enjoyed it. If you like coffee on the sweet side, ask for a side of simple syrup. Other than that. Wonderful. Nice spot to hang out with friends. Very chill.

Ology is my absolute favorite place in town to get coffee. I'm a s***** for Saturday Morning Cartoons, a cereal-infused oatmilk made with espresso. I've had Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, Corn Pops, and more. Childhood nostalgia and caffeine is always a winning combo in my book. The baristas are always so warm and friendly to me and my dog (who also loves coming along)! The only thing I could wish for is longer hours for coffee and larger sizes!

I'm so happy that one of my favorite breweries branched out to coffee. You can get your normal staples or opt for one of their more edgy creations (leave it to the people who are always creating cool variations of beer to create fun, original coffee drinks) The space is cool, too. Large tables with plenty of space for working. An overall chill environment. My only gripe is that I wish they were open throughout the day rather than just in the mornings!
