Probably one of the better Mexican restaurants in Tallahassee area. The reason for the low score is how employees off the clock act so important. Bringing pets to the kitchen, just at the doorway, though there is no door. Allowing off the clock employees go into the kitchen to help themselves to margaritas and serve some of their own food.Parking: Minimal parking, lot has reserved spaces for other stores and lacking. The food is worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of seating with wheelchair access. Much better than many other restaurants.

The food is great! Our group had the steak fajitas, chicken fajitas, chicken quesadillas, and the carne asada. The chips and drinks kept coming. We did not leave hungry. Great portion sizes. The staff was very friendly and attentive.Highly recommend checking this place out. It just might make your regular list of places to eat.

Don’t order online!!! Food was supposed to be ready at 6:45 and I got it at 7:30, after waiting in the restaurant for over 30 minutes! When I showed up, I watched them make my food when it was supposed to already be ready. Then, I waited another 15 minutes to receive my food after seeing it just sit on the counter for those 15 mins.

So I just went in there last night to order some nachos, on the menu they were supposed to be $12 which included chicken or beef, I decided to get steak I also ask for shredded cheese black beans jalapenos tomatoes and sour cream. So the issue comes in that they upcharged me $4.50 for the steak it seems quite excessive considering what a came with beef or chicken anyways.Second biggest problem was when I got the food home there were no jalapenos Tomatoes or sour cream!!!!!And there were no complimentary chips and salsa, if this is only for a dine and guess that's not really fair I mean I took the girl...And I could not take my food back as I am just traveling through town and I'm a tight schedule I frequent the area once a week. The food that I did receive was tasty however the chips that they use for the nachos are not authentic tortilla chips they're like The Salted ones you buy in the bag which do not taste very good but that's just my opinion

Greasy Mexican style food. The irony is that Taco Bell is literally across the street with better food.

After living here in Tally for 5 years I was finally able to come to this restaurant, I came on a Thursday for lunch since I was nearby and decided to visit it, the young woman who welcomed me was friendly and helpful, the food was very good and I really had a Really very pleasant experience.I will have to go back and try more dishes on the menu and some of their drinks. The decor and atmosphere are very nice.Definitely worth trying another Mexican food option in town.

The restaurant is hands down the most beautiful setup dedicated to my birthday, its it's awesome. But the flavor of the burrito I got, didnt exist. Very depressing, and no napkins to wipe my taste buds tears either...sad. They need to use seasoning.

This was the most basic Tex Mex I have ever had. The taco salad was so bland with charred steak and a shell that def came out of a box. There has to be somewhere better here. Service was fine.

Not the worst thing I have ever eaten, but could have been much better. I have never heard of a burrito with green beans, peas, and carrots in it. That threw me .... totally odd in a burrito. Didn't taste good as the beans were crunchy and uncooked too. When I asked why, they told me they use Mexican rice, and all Mexican rice contains this. And said it was a "fusion" burrito. However the menu didn't state this, and I never had green beans in my Mexican rice before. I'd skip if I were you.

Upon my recent visit to Tallahassee, I was in the mood for some shrimp tacos. In that way, Pancho's did not disappoint. The shrimp tacos were very tasty. The spicy sauce on the shrimp added a little kick to the flavor along with the lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. The restaurant decor is lively and the waitstaff was helpful. I wish the food had been a little more innovative, but the food is standard Mexican fare and I have no complaints.
