This is a fine Panda Express. I'm never blown away by it, but I'm never disappointed either. It's a nice place for comfort food when it's the style of food you are looking for. I often find that my schedule takes me by there when they are near closing time, so I suspect I would be more impressed with the food if I went during a busy time. Even when they are shutting down, they will prepare whatever dish I need. They have a decent amount of seating.

I passed this place, wanted an early lunch, and saw on the restaurant sign, that they opened at 10 am. I had never eaten there so I downloaded the app around 9 am and placed an order for 10:15 am. The app accepted the order because the app also listed the restaurant time as 10 am. At 10 am, I found the restaurant doors locked. I noticed the restaurant signage listed a 10 am opening. Nobody visible inside the store. So, at 10:15, I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my order. I sat there 10 minutes before someone showed up at the window, only to tell me that they did not open until 10:30. When I referenced the outside signage, and the app listing that store opening was listes at 10 am, the employee said "I didn't tell you that we opened at 10. The food is not cooked." Long story short, I got my online order at 10:45. I'm not even going to rate the food, which was acceptable. The piss-poor service was not acceptable.

Hope Panda Express is aware of what employees they have:He was very disrespectful to us as soon as we walked in. He was the only one talking out loud and looking at us straight in the eye. “These Mexicans from Texas” , he kept on saying racial words that it was very unpleasant.The fact that everyone one else heard him did nothing.

Terrible customer service. Employee was rude and acted annoyed that we decided to eat here. She rushed us even though we were the only ones in line. They were out of almost every entree and the teriyaki chicken and fried rice that we ordered was burnt... never eating here again.
