I walked in at 730 and ordered a souffle two bagels (sliced not toasted) two cream cheese and a (free) blueberry bagel. I paid at 735. Over the next ten minutes. My souffle was switched multiple times due to drive thru/online orders and bagels were stacked on top of the souffle I finally settled for. The cashier proceeded to take (and fill) other orders while slowly piecing mine together. I had to leave by 745. At 747 I was trying to get the attention of the cashier. Finally it got to the point where I HAD to leave so I told them and left WITHOUT MY FOOD. I still can't believe I'm typing these words. This place should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. I don't live in the area so it's not like I can get a refund or get my food after the fact.

Ordered a rapid pick up order went through the drive through and the woman was immediately pissed off. She let us wait at the window for 15 minutes going back and forth with the food clearly sitting on the counter but unwilling to give it to us. After 20 mins she told us to pull around the side. A once one car drive through was now packed. The service was disgusting. All we ordered was Mac n cheese. It’s my birthday .

This is a review for a delivery order, so it will only pertain to the service and the food. I had ordered the Value Duet: Caesar salad and Chicken Noodle Soup with a few cookies (Kitchen Sink, Chocolate Chip, and Mitten). I actually wanted two other cookies, but they were sold out. Someone from the store was nice enough to call me to see if I wanted to replace the two cookies. The delivery driver was very nice and cordial. The reason for the two stars was for the food. Half the Caesar salad was bad-black pieces throughout. The chicken noodle soup was all broth, I felt like I was skimped out on everything else that makes it a chicken noodle soup. The cookies were either hard or stale. Overall, the food was very disappointing.
I've been coming here for a few years now. The service is still good, considering how busy they are ... but the coffee is getting more watery - especially the hazelnut flavor.There is always shortage of milk on the counter , and most importantly the bathrooms are not kept clean.But the pastries are still good, and soups are awesome !! They've raised their prices quite a bit , and their options are getting smaller.This is everywhere though...

For the first time going there, I had the worst experience. My stomach is hurting because I couldn't chew all the hard bread.Bread and all it was hard. My side dish was bread too, because I didn't want chips. The hardness of the bread made it impossible for me to cut it with a plastic knife. For the price we paid, we weren't given much meat or sauce. Come on Panera, you can do better.I enjoyed the salad and ate all of it, but not the hard bread. We spent $40 together as a couple. Too much money for lunch budget when I had water only and he had tea. It was expensive for our state worker income.I won't be returning.

Wanted to give solid stars but revised when realized expensive cookie wasn't in bag. Interestingly, the cookie item is check marked by the order checked by person.

this Panera is located on Ocala Road and W. the staff there is mainly college and they are by far the friendliest staff. They provide great service good quality out of all the Panera's in Tallahassee they give you a cheers kind of feeling when you walk in the door like they everybody knows your name, good people can't say enough good things about them.
