I order extra pepperoni and it didn’t even have many pepperoni on it. My pizza smell kinda funny. I got feverish and was sweating a lot after consuming it. I think the dough was spoiled. That what I get I suppose for not looking at my pizza before leaving. Once I got home I called the restaurant back. They put me on hold for about 10 minutes. At this point I hung up. I’m calling the corporate office today.

Steven, the driver lied.Took my tip and didn't deliver my full order.I want all my money back and I plan to put a pause on this pizza hut location. I order here often. The treatment last night was so horrible that I considered driving to the store but I knew that I'd probably not even see the young man who lied.I tipped 18%of my order for the driver to one, lie (saying he didn't have my apt number but it's clear in my receipt)THEN he man splained to my child that he would be "right back" with the rest of the order. After 20 minutes, I called him. Texted him the apt number and all he says, "I will be back when she is done cooking it".That was 40 minutes after my order!If my order wasn't fully done, I wouldn't have minded a call to say, we messed up or had a change. Fine. But instead, Pizza Huts delivery driver took my money I tipped and probably ate the rest of my families meal that was ordered.I want my funds back asap. I want his tip back! He lied for no reason. It's too hard out here for everyone for the little things like this to be our downfall.DRIVER'S INFO:NAME IS STEVENI see his tip isn't showing on my receipt but my bank account reflects it

Every time I try to place an order it gets messed up somehow. They’re out of ingredients, they give me hand tossed instead of pan (pan is extra and I paid extra), etc. I hate that this is the closest Pizza Hut to me. I can’t ever get my money back either because I always pay cash … I’ve learned my lesson I won’t order

Very disappointed!!! Got my pizzas delivered they forgot both orders of wings young lady said she would be right back and never came back or even gave us a call to let us know they were not coming back and they would fix the charge since we were not going to get them. Lack of customer service I would say.

I ordered my food at 4:40pm online and was told it would be ready by 5:10pm. I walked in at 5:08pm and the screen displayed in their lobby said my order was ready. It wasn’t. The girl at the front counter said it should be up soon and never checked on it. I waited 20 more minutes and finally someone else asked what I was waiting on, only to realize they hadn’t even cooked one of my pizzas. So I waited another 15 minutes for that to finish while the rest of my food sat in the “warmer”. Once I got home the food that sat in the warmer was dried out.

Such shady business practices. Even the Pizza Hut corporation agrees to that statement. My last order the box was stepped on. The dog loved it though I could never trust this location to prepare my food after such Malice

I love this Pizza Hut! We only had an issue with our pizza once and the Manager was right on it for us!! Our favorite is thin crust, pepperoni ?, mushrooms & extra cheese please!!! Keep up the great work!! We will see y’all ?
