The flatbread was really tasty! And the service was really good, Kayles was really sweet. The atmosphere is such that I forgot I was in a hotel restaurant.

Chef does not wear hair net! Dark hairs found in our food. Sent the food back, and the manager didn’t say a word to us about it. Server was also unhygienic. Very unprofessional and disappointing for the price of the food.

Maze is one of Tallahassee's hidden gems, probably the best bartender in Tallahassee. This place has a good high end bourbon selection, great atmosphere and a more upscale presence in the Collegetown scene.

We were visiting FSU and chose this hotel due to proximity. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room was nice, but a little muggy. The room has a nice keurig, but would prefer disposable coffee cups just to ensure cleanliness. Bedding was crisp and clean and the beds were comfy. There is a fabulous pizza restaurant across the street.

The hotel itself is nice enough and I like the decor ok, but the parking turned into a big problem. The parking is run by professional parking management, a company out of Ft. Lauderdale and a quick google search might be enlightening. One thing leading to another, we overstayed in the parking garage by 37 minutes and got a ticket in the mail for $78!!! They denied our request for review and the letter accompanying the fine threatens to send the debt to collections, etc. I would suggest staying far far away from this place

Our room was booked well in advance. Check in time is 3:00, room was still not ready by 5:00. Guests arriving AFTER us were given rooms prior to us. There is truly no excuse for this, as Tallahassee is a ghost town this time of year, but they claim to have been booked solid just yesterday.

Definitely the best hotel experience we have ever had in Tallahassee. The customer service was TOP NOTCH! From the front desk to the hotel restaurant, they were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Shout out to Sierra who was exceptionally helpful checking us in when we arrived after 1am. The location in College Town is minutes away from the Florida State campus and within walking distance of several restaurants. The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower pressure is extraordinary, and our room came with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and "white noise" machine. My only small complaint was that their TV listings included the SEC channel but not the ACC channel. Parking in the multi-floor parking lot behind the hotel was easy and convenient, although there is an $18 daily charge. Will definitely return the next time we are in Tally town. Thank you for a great stay!!

A ++ Stylish and warm ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. Daily happy hour from 4 - 6 pm, delicious homemade breakfast menu to satisfy all, and various options and shareables for dinner. Great service, food attention and prices.Lamisha was ultra helpful and sweet and elevated the experience for us!

We could hear the nearby bar’s very loud techno music until 2:30 am and I think this is a regular occurrence. For that reason I would never stay here again. The room was large and comfortable and clean enough, only 1 small trash can for the large room though. Staff at the hotel and restaurant are friendly.

Hotel Indigo is a top-notch hotel. I enjoyed every part of my stay. From the hospitable people at the front desk to the restaurant staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming! The room and views were beautiful. There were plenty of amenities and the breakfast was simply scrumptious! Would 100% recommend anyone staying here who wants a beautiful hotel and a pleasant experience.

Room was never cleaned on any day of a 4 night stay until we called and specifically asked for it to be done (as it had been missed during the day). Every single time we were told we must have left “do not disturb” sign on door (we did not). For three days in a row our keys needed to be re-coded as we got to our room and they did not work. Again, we were blamed for keeping them near our phones (that was not the case). Coffee cups were not washed when we did finally get someone to come clean room — just dumped out. Room very noisy, so they keep a noisemaker in the room to drown out the fact that you can hear neighbors conversations. Really nice people at front desk — but not cleaning rooms seems to be a strategy and not an “accident” (we knew other people staying in same hotel with same issue). It’s really too bad this was not a better stay as it is so close to FSU that I’d prefer to use the hotel again. Unfortunately, I suspect they know they can cut corners and the hotel will still fill up.

We were visiting Tallahassee, due to celebrate our 20 wedding anniversary, and we found this restaurant, and the election was PERFECT!!!! The food, the beverages, the attention....was 5 stars service. Our waiter Davies.....was so kind, and an excellent host. Recommended at 100%!!!
