Absolutely amazing! Staff had incredible vibes all around, even the ones not serving our table. Quinn (I believe was his name) was our waiter and was by far the funniest and most welcoming waiter Ive had at a restaurant in a long time. Great food, great quality, great service. ????? ?

The food was absolutely terrible. My family of 4 didn’t eat more than a few bites. We ate biscuits. Shrimp tails were still on my shrimp Alfredo. So you had to dig into the noodles and sauce to get the tails off. French fries were burnt. Grilled chicken was rubber. And coconut shrimp tasted rotten. Bathroom was no better. No paper towels and filthy bathrooms. No one in the parking lot or no lobsters in the tank should have been our sign. We were here for a football tournament, I will say our waitress was a very sweet young lady. She interacted with our children and tried her best. So glad our red lobster in Pensacola is so much better. We all left sick to our stomachs and had to drive 3 hours home.

I've eaten at Red Lobster all across the country since there were less than a dozen in business and never had an experience like in Tallahassee on 03/29/2024, 9pm ish.I ordered the Surf and Turf for $35.99, and had it been $15.99 I wouldn't be complaining. I've had bigger crawfish tails than this "Maine Lobster" tail. 3 bites. The steak was cooked to order, but I've never had such a stringy piece of meat in a restaurant before.For utensils I was given a plastic spoon and knife in plastic with a tiny napkin,ala KFC. After 3 asks, I managed to get a metal fork. And some salt and pepper. No lemon wedge. I ended up using my pocket knife to cut the steak,as the plastic knife I was given would barely cut the lobster tail.There were plenty of open tables, so it wasn't like they were swamped,so I don't understand the problem.Anyway that's my 2 cents on my first ever bad experience at a Red Lobster.

Four of us arrived for a small family celebration. The parking lot wasn't full and neither was the restaurant. I noticed multiple empty tables. The entire bar area wasn't being used. Still we were told the wait would be 30-40 min. Bad sign, but I agreed to wait. A couple minutes later a husband, wife, and little girl came out of the dining area having already been seated, saying they had been waiting an hour, wouldn't wait longer, and that the restaurant was obviously short staffed. About that time my wife came out of the bathroom saying it was old and dirty feeling. That's when I cut my losses and we left for another restaurant. I suspect this location will close. Can't say I'll miss it.

I had the Salman,broccoli, and mashed potatoes. The salmon and broccoli were seasoned and cooked well, but the mashed potatoes were dry. Service was our food was served.
Ordered the surf an turf steak burnt burnt and they don’t even wanna make it right still had me paying $53 for some burnt trash…on another note the restaurant did send out a gift card and made matters right. I do understand things like this happen. Thanks again.
