This restaurant is very average in my opinion. Went here with some friends and was very disappointed as this place is very popular. The service isn’t crazy, where much of the staff doesn’t portray any customer service or talk much to customers. The environment of the restaurant is okay, but was very cramped as it was busy. I didn’t finish my food because it really wasn’t that good and expected more quality burgers from such a recommended place. I don’t have a reason to come back to this location, but if I ever do, I hope it’s better.

Place was packed but the staff kept it going. Food was great anytime I get hamburger need I always think of this place. Also menu is small easy and the toppings are all before you to pick from.
the lady with green dreads behind the counter was continually VERY rude. nonchalantly placed my food on the counter and then placed both my orders of fries in the bag completely upside down. usually an okay experience but the costumer service was HORRIBLE today.

My wife loves the sweet potato fries and we both enjoy the burgers. I like having the extra available toppings (like jalapeno and avocado.) Definitely a college hangout! But even old folks like us can enjoy it.

Ordered the double burger and cheese fries. Everything was made fresh and came out hot. It was really good. The atmosphere was okay... Not real busy when we arrived, but the crowd was coming in as we finished up.

Walked in at 11:15pm and was told they weren’t taking orders anymore. I understand closing the kitchen 15 minutes before the hours posted but closing a full 45 minutes before the time advertised is unprofessional. Change your hours if your staff doesn’t want to provide service until the time they’re supposed to. Watched numerous groups of customers get turned away while I was in the parking lot looking for another place to eat. Missed out on a good amount of business.

This was a hunger pick. Went in with zero expectations, left knowing this place is one of the best burger joints in Tallahassee. Excellent char, excellent service, excellent. Period. Go. Eat. Be good to the people. Be happy.
