After already waiting 15 minutes past the pickup time, I watched the cook pick up noodles with her bare hands and put the noodles on my plate… everyone else in the kitchen had gloves on. Grossed out was an understatement. Manager slightly laughed in the back but was super nice when she issued my refund. W Tennessee Roboto…. Never again.

I feel like, If they would have put the sauce covered meat not on top of the rice so the rice was not smothered in sauce. I would have enjoyed it more.

Ordered the steak hibachi with fried rice. No veggies or salad was in the box. Since when do to have to request that? Also the male at the register was horrible. Didn't ask my name, barely cared and made almost no eye contact plus everyone got their order before me including those who arrived and ordered after me. I'll never come back to this location!

After ordering the spicy pork for dinner, I woke up the next morning with food poisoning. Violent chills, nausea, throwing up, and endless trips to the bathroom. I called to inform them that I had gotten food poisoning from their location - and before I could finish my sentence, I was put on hold without warning. Someone else had picked up, and asked me what happened, I re-explained, and was told “K. I’ll tell my manager.” and was hung up on as I tried to say thank you. There was no compassion for the fact that THEIR restaurant gave me food poisoning. Never coming back, and I suggest you don’t go either, because there’s a chance you will end up with awful food poisoning like I did.THIS JUST IN : I HAVE ROPE WORM BECAUSE OF ROBOTOS ??

Ordered chicken hibachi, and found a bone in my chicken cuts. I was so grossed out, I couldn’t finish the meal. Ordered in, and the food has very little flavor. Seem to rely on teriyaki sauce for everything. Second time I’ve come here. And second time in disappointed, but worse cause I had to chew a bone.

It's conveniently located to FSU and off campus residences, with better choices than most fast food places but honestly, the food was mostly unappealing as was the atmosphere. Staff was helpful and pleasant but that wouldn't make me want to return. We ate outside and we were hit on twice by beggars on bicycles. I will probably not eat there again except in an emergency, i.e. nothing else open or accessible.

I ordered the spicy pork with brown rice and two spring rolls. And when I got it the rice was super dry, looked so inedible, the spring roll was super mushy inside and after eating, I managed to feel super sick in the stomach…possibly food poisoning definitely do not go here…

Fantastic! We came in after a college tour, hot and hungry. We were immediately greeted by a friendly cashier who helped us get our order in. Our food came quickly, was hot, and was an immense value for the price that we paid. I filled my stomach and had enough leftovers for two more lunches! We don’t live in Tallahassee, but if we did, we would be back to eat here again in a heartbeat. Great customer service and value. Thank you.

This place is unique because they offer Chinese food staples like General Tso's chicken as well as Japanese hibachi and some Korean favorites. The portions are generous and the service is fast. They also have a self-service kiosk for ordering which is convenient.
