My majority of my chicken was burnt/old it’s like they cooked fresh chicken and mixed the old pieces with it. This is my first time having this happen. Very disappointed

I often eat from Sarku when I visit the governors square mall, I like it because it’s always hot and fresh. I like the way the meat is cooked in front of

I eat Sarku Japan all over the US, they have locations in a lot of states, but this specific location cannot follow order details, and time before last there were Shards of finely chopped chicken bone in the meat. My 1 year old also eats with me, and it could have been emergency if I wasn’t the one who had their mouth cut open. One example below, no veggie, but yet again, I got veggies.

Great Experience! Great taste, affordable price. I love Latino workers also, because they work and don't cause a scene.Very professional!

I worked at the location in the other mall over 20 years ago, and the food at that location was always good. Well, let me tell you, the location at Govern Square is just as good or even better! I've noticed that the cook has been there for years. He is really chill and always asks if you want more sauce. They do know how to make the sauce. I know the recipe, and it's not easy to make. There are a lot of steps . But they seem to have it on point. I will always go here when I'm in town. The only thing I didn't like was that the veggies were pre-cooked, and it seemed like they had been there for a minute. They didn't have that light crisp texture that I love. But overall, the chicken and sauce always steals the spotlight and made up for it. Good job! I wish they would bring the mushrooms back!

Food was ok, I'd eat there again. The lady at the front counter was kinda rude, when I asked about getting the sushi without the shellfish, she cut me off and told me no with an attitude before I could even say that I was allergic. They also cook everything on the same side of the grill with the same utensils, so be aware if you have allergies.

I never go to the mall, like hardly ever but this place is Chick-fil-a busy for a reason. This is a great fast food Japanese joint. The food is cooked to order, the prices are very reasonable and oh my word the portions are huge! You can even add double meat for just a couple more dollars. The hot seller is the Teriyaki chicken with fried rice and veggies. Of course you can get white rice if you choose and some people add shrimp to their meals. The cook asks if you want extra sauce on your food and once it's up, you bag and go. You do have to pay for the Yum Yum sauce but it is something near .70. It is "yum yum" (not too thick and not too runny with just the right amount of sweetness) so definitely worth the extra cents. Out of all of the places in the mall, this would be my number #1 food option.

The food is just sitting there on the counter, exposed to other people walking by. Anyone can cough on your food prior to you getting it. Not sanitary at all.

The food is delicious! Feels "healthy" and is yummy too! The "yum yum" sauce can't be missed!
