I visited this location yesterday close to 6p. Went in on a whim and decided to buy a few cupcakes to gift to my neighbors. The associate who assisted me was very friendly and intuitive! She provided a flawless customer service experience and I appreciated that! Also, my neighbors really enjoyed their cupcakes so I definitely recommend this location

The store smells really bad; like rotten cream and bleach. It smells like a dirty dive bar, but we tried the chocolate cupcake and it was terrible. My kids couldn’t even eat them.

I'm giving 2 courtesy stars because the cupcakes are good, however I picked up 2 dozen cupcakes for my daughters birthday party. My wife was holding the box sturdy the entire way home, but when we opened the box back up every single one of the cupcakes tipped over and got ruined. The packaging is awful, you'd think if you spend $35 on cupcakes they'd make sure they were secure in the box.

Don't ask to have your cupcake cut in half because they will charge you for two! I ordered one cookies and cream cup cake for my two year old and I to share; I asked for the price of the cake and was told $3.50 when I got it I asked could she cut it in half because obviously any sane parent wouldn't give a two year old an entire cupcake. After she cut it she charged me $7.77 for a single cupcake overpriced cut in half cupcake. What was she charging me for the effort to simply cut the cupcake in half or the plastic fork and styrofoam bowl she put the other half into.

Going to the Japanese restaurant in the same shopping complex and saw this place passing by. They have a variety of cupcakes to choose from. I like how you can do jumbo or mini cupcakes. I got an assortment of mini cupcakes. The cupcakes were very fresh. I will definitely visit again when in the mood for some cupcakes.
