My wife and I stopped in to have a couple of coffee's around 7:00 pm. We hadn't been in to this location in a number of years. We remembered it used to be a pretty nice spot, but I wouldn't say that now. Staff were okay. Not especially friendly or engaging, but certainly not rude. They just didn't appear to have much of an interest in what they were doing. I would call it "just going through the motions". I thought the young man serving us could have been more helpful explaining drink options. He clearly didn't pick up on the fact we weren't regular Starbucks customers. The fact we were asking about types and sizes of drinks should have clued him in.The place needed to be cleaned. Both lounge chairs and tables needed to be wiped down, and the floors weren't swept to pick up the garbage.There were no sugar packets, creamer, milk, etc. at the counter or self-serve area.In our opinion the outside area was unusable. Three homeless people had set up camp and had all their belongings around two of the tables. At least one was smoking, which is obviously allowed, but as non-smokers we don't want to smell it.Overall not a good experience. The coffee's we had were very good, but that was the highlight. It's not particularly comfortable and there really isn't any ambiance. We decided we won't be back.

If you like homeless people bathing themselves in the dining room and absolutely No soap in either restroom then this is the place for you. GROSS!! Obviously staff isn’t washing their hands after restroom breaks ?

Passing through Tallahassee I had just crossed over to Florida from Georgia stopped at the Starbucks in the shopping center it was by far the filthiest store I have ever been in the bathrooms or like a dirty gas station. I wouldn't even get coffee there start book should be ashamed of the south they need to redo this location

I am loving the seasonal drinks. And my daughter had me try the grilled cheese. Is so tasty!Parking: There parking isn't always easy to find close to the shop.

Starbucks is exactly what you would expect from Starbucks. That is the good thing. The latte is consistently amazing. The team members are always friendly and efficient. The person making the drinks is understandably stressed most of the time. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the expense.

This location never has Cold Brew Options. If you are ordering seasonal items then you are good to go most of the time as they run out of those supplies, too. Whoever is over inventory and ordering needs to step up their game. The staff is friendly. Store is clean.
Whenever I order my coffee from here I always order the same thing. Two skinny vanilla lattes, one mocha frap with whip and one coffee frap also with whip. It never tastes the same!! Sometimes the coffee is to weak.
