I usually don't go to Starbucks but it was on the way to work and I needed to hurry up and get there. The server was extremely friendly, however, I did get the wrong sandwich which I didn't discover until I got to work. Luckily it was something that I enjoyed so I went ahead and ate it but unfortunately for Joseph, I got his sandwich lol. Great food, great service, and good coffee!
This particular restaurant has been consistently rude to me. I order the Strawberry Acai Refresher and ask for extra strawberries on the side. I hate when it sits in the drink because it gets soggy. They gave me the small cup of strawberries on the side a few times. The next day I went they told me they could no longer give it to me because it was "Company policy" even though I had gotten it from them the night before. I called corporate right after and was informed that there was no policy stating that I could not order and pay for an extra side of strawberries. The next few times I went, I paid 50 cents for it. I am perfectly fine with paying that to get a small side of strawberries to add to my drink so it doesn't sit and get soggy. After a few times of paying 50 cents for it, I went back again. This time they told me "due to policy" they had to ring me up for a drink in order to get the extra strawberries and told me it would cost $4.50. I'm not sure how that makes any sense or how their policies change by the day. I also have had no issues at any of the other locations. They have all been extremely nice, and let me purchase the extra side of strawberries for 50 cents, which is how much it would cost if purchased on the app. I don't know what is wrong with this location but they single me out every time and make some sort of strange excuse as to why they can't get it for me, or try to charge me an insane amount. I would go to a different location but this is the one closest to my house. I am also a consistent and loyal customer and go to Starbucks for my drink every single day. This is extremely disappointing, and unacceptable and I expect more from a place that I spend a lot of money on.

I ordered dark roast with 2 shots and 1/2 splash of cream for pick up. I got to the car and the cover wouldn't stay on which totally sucks . But even worse was the coffee. It tasted like warm water. Way too much cream. It totally diluted the coffee. I can't even imagine that the two shots were added. They couldn't of been with the no tasted water I got for a drink. I got back to the hotel and threw it out.

This was my 2nd time visiting this location (Apalachee Pkwy next to Target) since it opened and both times the Barista was very pleasant. The 1st time, my coffee & cream cheese Danish were both delicious! This visit, my coffee had so much foam (I always request NO foam) and it didn't really even taste like a white chocolate mocha ☹. I always add an extra pump to ensure I get that sweet white mocha flavor. Then there's the bagel...LOL...like, umm..huh? The picture explains "everything" the bagel wasn't..smh..on the bright side, I was still able to enjoy my coffee & bagel, I mean, it's Starbucks ??♀️?.Okay, I take it back...I didn't enjoy the "everything" bagel. Unfortunately, it tasted like cardboard ?...I was soo craving a bagel too.

My sister visited in person and I was on video chat on her phone. Highly impressed with the size of this location. I want one like this up by us as I know it would do well.Staff were very attentive to all guest quickly. They messed up one small part of the order and fixed is quickly without a hassle. More baristas need to take note!

This Saturday afternoon around 12 o’clock I visited your location for the first time very excited to enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee. I placed a mobile order online for pick up as I suffer from social anxiety and PTSD, and sometimes find it hard to communicate with people in public, when I arrived at the window, I was verbally assaulted by the attendant a young lady. She very rudely told me that next time I visited, I need to place my mobile order and then wait longer before arriving and that I had arrived way to quickly to give them more time to make the drink. Of course I was not rushing the attendant and had no problem waiting for my beverage as I always enjoy the fact that My coffee at Starbucks is hot and fresh. When explaining this to me, she rudely rolled her eyes at me, and when she was done telling me the next time, I need to give them more time she slammed the drive-through window at me. I was nearly in tears after this experience next time I want coffee I will be sure not to go to this location, very disappointed

Worst Starbucks in Tallahassee!! I go to Starbucks everyday here in town and have never had an issue until I went to this location. I’ve only been there 3 times at this particular location.. every time I’ve been there the workers are very “Nice Nasty “ and speak in a snarky manor .. unacceptable! I Also always order the same thing, I get extra strawberries and they tried to charge me for a whole cup . I left because I don’t understand , the 2 other times I’ve been to this location they haven’t charged for a whole extra cup ! Nor do they ever charge me for an extra cup at any other location!!
Was amazing!! I had to get my 1st Starbucks cup!!
