LOL I wrote an incesed review bc I thought the drive thru was open and pissed they wouldn't answer when I walked up- it's Thanksgiving tom and they're closed fully. For those of us that r a bit too angry. Take a page from my book and breathe B4 leaving angry review. I worked at Starbucks I should know better.Had to own it...new to area...damn

Every time I go to this location The honey, ginger citrus, mint tea they tell me they’re always out of it never heard of that. Go to any other location they have it. I think at a certain time this location stop making tea that’s bad customer service.

Apparently this Starbucks chooses to close the lobby area when they want without notifying ahead of time. I placed and paid for an order via the app to pick up inside and got there & read a paper sign saying the lobby was closed, so only option was the drive-thru which was VERY backed up and caused me to spend excess time in line/be late for church. I couldn't even speak to anyone to be refunded because they wouldn't even open the door. Terrible customer service. If you are going to do this at least notify ppl in app that they don't have the option. Took 30 mins to get eggs and a danish. Then I couldn't even get out of the drive-thru line because of the crazy traffic. Not to mention food was COLD! Ridiculous

This place is frequented by vagrants, and they give them a free run of the place. They are free to approach you repeatedly. It's not a clean place. It smells from the vagrants. Both of the Tennessee St. locations are not dine-in friendly due to the frequent vagrants they allowed to just roam. I would consider them a safety concern.Kid-friendliness: This cafe chain allows vagrants to stay and wander freely. Don't bring your kids here.Parking: There are under 7 parking spots here. They are aware of the dip in the driveway, and many cars have been damaged entering this place. Come in at an angle so you don't bottom out.

Just came through the drive-thru. A quick coffee and pup cups. All the ladies came by to say hi to the fur babies. Starbucks loves other people's dogs. Happy to swing by and show off the babies. Coffee was delicious. Hit the spot for an early morning road trip.

The drive through took a while but the workers were apologetic and friendly and even upgraded my grande drink to a venti at no cost for the wait. The drink was really good too.

I like this Starbucks, but the employees are always being soooo loud and will be sharing the most inappropriate stories sooo loud and its like, have some decorum. The fact that this has occurred both times I've been here, with different crews is really telling. I'm not saying you shouldn't be allowed to have fun at work, but the loud singing, graphic stories, and blatant disregard for the people in the building is really unprofessional.
