My Frap was watered down and lacked flavor and the kid didn’t care and said that’s how I always make it. Rude!!! He should have offered to make another one. I’m still waiting for a call back from the manager!

This is a beautiful location with marvelous employees. And, it's not crowded like the location off Blairstone in the Southwood area. Special shout out to Valerie who went out of her way to make me feel welcomed.

Went for a quick trip to Target, we stopped in to grab a coffee at this location. The girl (brown curly hair) who rang us up was sweet, had great customer service - the two others(blonde and braids) were talking hateful about other customers when we’re standing less than 10 feet away. Then proceeded to talk about me and my drink Choice. Which they both said they had no idea what it was or why I ordered that. Both scowled at me when I replied it’s just three shots of “expresso and hazelnut”. Answering their question. They ignored me and started talking about me again like we weren’t standing there. Few mins later blonde sat my drink down and didn’t say anything. I asked if it was mine with an eye roll and a “yeah” behind it. Thanks keep up that energy ladies.
