Self order kiosks, extremely sticky floors, have to scan a QR code on your receipt to "unlock" the soda fountain to get your drink, food was greasy and luke warm. I ate theeat off of my burger, that was all that was edible.Went to get a refill and the code for the soda fountain only works once. Had to get a staff member to refill my drink after they told me three times to scan my receipt again.They've never been good but man oh man they are bottom barrel now.

Very over rated. Multiple visits of being disappointed with quality, and quantity, of food, That's the last time my service dog Luna and I go there.Update 2/11/2024Went with a friend today. Haven't been there since this last review. Nothing has changed. Actually, I'd say it is worse. We ordered the same thing. Only difference is he got his for there, and I had mine to go.When we sat down I pulled my burger out and it was a disaster. Glad I wasn't in the car, it wasn't in any condition to eat. The paper it came in was the only thing that held it all together. His on the other hand was half decent to look at. It was sliding apart, but he could eat it. He also had double the fries I had, which is expected eating in.Not going to give it a third time to try.

Floors are all greasy. . Food on the floor.. gave me the wrong order.. came back next day to see if they fixed my order because I threw the receipt away before I even left that night at the restaurant. Out of three orders gave me one cheesy hamburger that wasn't even right the second time... Spent $30 spent 40 the next night.. price difference was because I got milkshakes.... Never will I ever go back in that restaurant if I do I'll make sure I slip and get me a lawsuit.. the manager even see me the night before and remember me. But had no concern of fixing it really... Because I threw away the receipt before I even left... Okay I wouldn't need a receipt more trash for the truck or my pocket. ..... Fry's suck anyway

Food is overpriced of you don't get the specials. Had no milkshakes during lunch. If you don't have milkshakes when you are named steak and shake you should close. And having to scan your receipt for drinks is ridiculous.
