The website says it open at 8:30. I got the at 834 and it was closed. Sat in the parking lot until 905 and went to the door and it was locked. The lady inside looked up at me standing to the door and looked away and kept doing what she was doing. I just drove off and went to another location. This is unacceptable.

I haven’t been to subway in five or six years but randomly decided to get it this morning since it was close by. However after I walked in and was greeted by an employee, I stood in line for a little over ten minutes with nobody taking my order or seeming to have any intention of doing so.One employee was just listening to music through their headphones and leaning against the counter, occasionally glancing at me but made no effort to acknowledge me further.After standing there waiting in silence for five or so minutes the other employee, who was also listening to music on their phone, said “oh im sorry im counting inventory” and then turned back around and continued.I stood there another five or six minutes with no additional acknowledgment or assurance that my order would be taken so I said “I’m just gonna head out,” neither employee responded and I left.I’ve never left a negative review on a restaurant/fast food place because I work in food service and understand the difficulties, but this was just frustrating and an unnecessary waste of time. There were no other customers or orders so I just don’t understand what was preventing anyone from helping me.Was actually excited to get the order I used to get as a kid but ended up leaving understanding why this franchise is dying.

Absolutely the worst Subway in all of Tallahassee. The employee's that work there are rude and don't even know what the sandwiches they make are. The owners should be ashamed. Never again will I go to this subway.

I just called Subway at 8:45 to make sure they were open because for some reason they never open at the time the website say they should be open. Someone told me thatv they open at 9.. well here I am sitting in the parking lot 9:32 and they’re still not open and then they unplugged the phone so I couldn’t call again.. I was trying to pick up my husbands lunch up while he had time but they completely threw our whole schedule off.. And this is not the first time this had happened

I placed a mobile order and I wasn’t even asked my name so I received someone else order than was blamed. When I ask if I had all the stuff added the lady came to me with attitude. Asked her to check she told me to do it myself. I was the only customer there so it’s clear she just doesn’t want to do her job. I personally work in the customer service business and I can honestly say she would’ve been fired on the spot with me as her boss. Walked out when I checked it my order was done completely wrong. Wasn’t fresh at all. Called and called but no one answered. Not even worth one star.

Tried to go in to order a sandwich at 9pm Tonight and the woman behind the counter was absolutely RUDE and couldn't have made it anymore clear she didnt want to be there and worse, didnt want me there. I left after waiting for five minutes even though i was the only one in there. Maybe subway has a new business model in which they hire employees to run off paying customers by hiring and keeping rude heavy set women that way i dont pay for the product they sell... I hope the woman at subway hits her little toe really hard once a day until she finds God.

The lady sandwich maker had a terrible/nasty attitude, I got sick within an hour or so and the boss got sick the next day. I frequent Subways a lot, this store was in Tallahassee on hwy 27 & we won't go back!

This subway is very unpleasant and unclean. I have stopped coming here because there appears to be an infestation problem and the employees are also quite rude and don’t make you feel welcome in this restaurant.

THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND REFUSED TO GIVE US WHAT WE PAYED FOR.. My wife placed an order online for 43$. She chose this subway specifically because of the bogo deal. She received an email saying the order was ready but after she arrived at the restaurant they said her order was nowhere in the system and refused to give her the food without purchasing it again even though she had an order confirmation via email. The gentleman working there had started a week ago and said he was left at the store by himself. He called a manager because she was not there, she was extremely rude and was refusing to help. We will be reporting them for fraud through our bank. Don’t order online with this Subway.
