Awesome milkshakes. Pricey but you are paying for presentation as well. No need to get the large. I thought the large came in the souvenir glass jar since it was $18 but it doesn't and isn't that much bigger than the small. Employees were nice and shakes came out in a timely manner.

RUDE SERVICE! Went to take my 3 year old for a cool ice cream experience. There were signs on the door about not taking cash, only card. It wasn't a big deal at all seeing as though we had cards but my husband asked very casually why no cash with a smile and the little girl at the counter replied "I don't own the place!" Now, As I'm trying to show my daughter her options, the tone and the statement stopped me in mid conversation with my daughter. I was appalled. Might not have seemed upsetting to most but at a place where you spend money for pricey treats, I expect professionalism and empathy. Needless to say, I had to upset my daughter temporarily by leaving since I refuse to spend money somewhere where I'm talked to any kind of way. My daughter got the ice cream she wanted elsewhere but would have been cool for her to experience sugar rush in which she never will under my watch. Really sad

I’ve been here several times and I love it. I wish they had more than one person working at a time though. The service gets really slow because they get super busy and that’s a lot of work for one person to do. Those milk shakes require time and patients. Definitely need to up their staff. Especially at night.

I ordered the mermaid shake to go after waiting for a few people to place their orders I was able to get mine and it was ready :) however the shake was nothing like the picture, I don't think it was worth $13 for a small because it was nothing more than a shake I was expecting the white chocolate mermaid tails and the crunch marshmallow topping anyways it was good and maybe the menus changed but they didn't update the pictures on the website, just thought I'd let you know so your not disappointed.

We got size small milkshakes and they were delicious! They noticed I had my dog outside on the patio with me and brought him a pup cup, which was so cute.

This was my first time coming here, and I was so excited. I ordered at 8:40 and ice cream cookie sandwich. I proceeded to sit outside and waited well over 40 minutes before going inside to ask if it was going to be out anytime soon. The lady working said it would be another five minutes. I sat back outside and waited another 15 minutes before going back inside and asking again. At this point it was almost an hour of waiting just for a cookie sandwich. After asking again, the lady told me that they ran out of the flavor that I asked for and was not apologetic or even offered a refund, I had to ask. This was very upsetting and frustrating due to the fact that I waited an hour for flavor that they didn’t even have in stock. I understand that small businesses can sometimes be understaffed, and it might take a while for the food to come out, but you shouldn’t have to wait that long and then just be told that they don’t even have what you ordered. I can get a refund for my money but not my time. I normally don’t even write reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I had in such a long time, and I always try to support small businesses…

Oh my goodness! This place is amazing! We are in town for a student history fair and this was the only place open. The place was SLAMMED. As busy on the Google business page as their whole week combined and our desserts STILL came out in less than 20 min!! The one girl working was really working hard and our order was AMAZING. You need to go here!
Most of the ice cream was out of stock.Decent ice cream but parking wasn't easy.

35 min wait after ordering. could use a little more ice cream to topping ratio. Using cake icing to hold peanut butter cups to outside of cup was ingenious. Will have snack for a few days.

The ice cream is always great! The service isn't awful but it's getting kinda close they all seem like they hate there jobs. The bathroom is really cool has a fluffy led cloud ceiling! The shop is starting to get really run down and it all kinda seems gross like your feet will stick to every inch of the floor the kitchen area looks suspicious. But like the ice cream is good! I hope they do some much needed maintenance and cleaning so I don't have to second guess if I'm going to get sick from eating there.
