I had read a lot of complaints related to service. However, we had a wonderful experience. We were greeted happily and served on time. I will say that the food was “okay”. I think that for latin/Colombia food it lack a bit of taste. It was good, not wow.

I used to eat at this place all the time. The one time I had an issue the manger refused to make a new order because he thinks people need to scam $5 worth of chicharron ? I’ve literally spent hundreds here.

When you walk in it not clear where to go to pick up an order. I placed a pick up order that said it would be 30 minutes and that would be ready at 1:50pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the lady in the front was extremely rude and could not find my order. They then told me it would be another 10 minute. So I wait another 10 minutes and finally get my order and when I get home and open it I missing half my order. I was too far away to go back so I try calling them and they don't answer the phone. So I paid for only half my order after they did not even check my order. Will not be coming back again

Food is good but the service is terrible. I've gone three times and was hoping to do it more because it's close to my home. But every time I was treated less like a paying customer and more like a nuisance. When I did dine in the staff ignored me and kept me waiting to order for 20 minutes. When I ordered takeout online, I had to wait 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick up time. They seem very prejudiced against English speaking customers and will only treat you like a human if you speak Spanish. I will not be going back.

It was my birthday, no tequila or vodka. Nothing to celebrate my birthday and no dessert available. No customer service at all.

I had my first lunch here. The business caters to a Hispanic clientele. There was a language barrier at first but we got through it. Took a bit longer than expected to get food. I ordered a takeout but no utensils in bag. The food was ok at best. I will be going back in future.Parking: Parking at front and side ofbuilding.Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair accessible.

I am from Colombia and the food is not similar at all, the seasoning is completely different, and the people who cook are not Colombian, but the food is not bad even if it does not look similar.

Service was terrible. No drink refills were even offered during our service here. Rice and beans were good, I got the fried chicken and it was fresh, but bland and very flat..pounded out and fried. It was dry and hard to eat. It's a one and done for me. Also I wish there would have been a drink menu.

We passed this little place on our way home to Florida. I guess it's a family run restaurant. The staff were very, very friendly and they answered all our questions about the food. Yes, we have some food allergies to consider. Any, the food was excellent and so was the service we received. BTW, I strongly recommend their coffee.Parking: There were only a limited number of parking spaces but I found a spot right away. You might have to turn around the corner to find a few extra spots.Kid-friendliness: It looked OK to bring children there. I don't have any of my own anymore so I can't tell for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the bottom floor but it has a few steps to get inside. I don't think it's a big problem if you have some help.
