stopped here for late night meal while on roadtrip, the lady at drive thru was so nice it says lorenza on the receipt and the food was so freshly made and filled to the brim. would stop again

This was my first time trying their new catina burrito meal and when reached at the screen i noticed taco had beef. I clearly requested her to switch beef for beans as we do not eat beef as per our religious beliefs. I am sure she heard me as she requested to that next time change in the app. I understand and requested her that it was my first time ordering and did not notice it had beef. However came home and had to regret trusting them for our orders.Vegetarian options: Even vegetarian foods are mixed up and served with meat. Orders are not carefully crafted.

I've never encountered a cleaner fast food restaurant, never. The service was great and very helpful and the surroundings made it easy to just enjoy the meal. I'm so very glad that we chose Taco Bell for our day out. Thank you to all the staff. You are appreciated.

Worst experience & expensive. 2 boxes for $20. It was pitiful. Not even a tablespoon of meat in the taco. Chalupa wet & not crispy no filling. The burrito was a joke I threw the box out for the birds & animals. There was literally a dab of sour cream couldn't find the meat. Sad sad sad. Plz whoever owns this franchise do better. I'm contacting corporate. The parking lot was trashed too. Just really awful. Get some secret shoppers in there & see for urself

WISH I COULD RATE THIS LOCATION AND ITS STAFF A FAT 0 ZEROOOO . I dont eat meat basically wanted to substitute the meat for beans not only was i charged for replacing meat for beans , they still put meat in my food and at the time manager denied to refund or replace all uneaten food we did not even take a bite because we do not eat beef its against our relegion, worst of all the staff is laughing at me and my family while we are discussing with the manager and just as we turn the manager also bursts out laughing as if all this order was messed up on purpose. THE MANAGER LITERALLY YALLED AND SAID NO ONE WILL REPLACE THIS FOOD NOW OR LATER ITS GOOD JUST EAT IT!!!!

I've been to a lot of Taco Bells I came in and ordered the Taco Supremes I got home I don't know what they were made of it was so terrible and old I don't even think the dog would eat it definitely need changes on that Taco Bell on North Monroe a lot of room for improvement so I definitely don't recommend it until we see

This location dropped the ball! I would like to think that my order was not complicated, but I cannot tell. I asked for no lettuce on my crunchy taco supremes and received no lettuce or TOMATOES!!!! I wanted my tomatoes!!!! Also, I ordered for someone who does not eat beef (red meat)… asked the cashier for a deluxe craving box that’s fully chicken… tell me why there was beef in the burrito??!!! I’m so irritated!! How can you get everything wrong!!!?? The employee was kind, and that’s the only good thing that I can say. Thumbs down Taco Bell north Monroe. Of course, I was already home by the time I saw the errors.
