Worst experience ever. I was trying to edit my item to take of some products I don’t eat. Well the guy decided to tell when I had to say it so it will make his job easier, I couldn’t ask for what I wanted when I wanted but instead he cut me off and gave me a lecture on when I had to say what I wanted. The conversation was horrible cero customer services skills. And at the end everything seem right until I opened up my product and came to find that the horrible conversations just had tryin to order my food was worthless because they couldn’t find a way to make my order right. Even tho I asked for it when they told me to how they told me to as they told me too. It’s like dealing with a 9th grade teacher who knows more than you. Don’t ever stop here to eat please someone close this place down!!!! Disgusting experience worst and last of course. Never coming back.

The food we usually get, used to come with a good amount of filling. Not anymore. They look like half of what used to get (both in weight and thickness on our burritos and crunch wrap supreme) The worst part of it that the prices have more than doubled. I totally understand on price increase as inflation has gone up, but to get less product while paying more is just not worth the trip anymore. It's not just this particular taco bell, pretty much everywhere. So I've topped going there all together. It's cheaper now to get it from an actual Mexican restaurant.

The food tasted burnt, old oil or just old food, didn't enjoy this Sunday brunch. No tea out, this 1 could use a little more cleanness.
