I've been coming here for lunch ever since working in the area. I haven't been disappointed - it's really excellent!

There’s a reason they’ve been around as long as they have. Personally, I like their buffalo fried chicken taco better than Iron Daisy’s! It had a great flavor to it. Variety of choices for the salsa, and pretty good queso! Not too cheap, but not too pricey, especially for tacos like this. They aren’t huge, but they were tasty! If you go with a friend and you each want to try a different kind, one get the two taco deal of one kind and have the other get the two taco deal of the other kind! Pro tip!

The totstones and yuca fries... I assume they purchase them frozen and ready to fry because they were so overly stiff and difficult to eat. I don't believe for a second that a fresh plantain has ever been in the kitchen of Taco Republik. I'm not the authenticity police under normal circumstances--good food is just good food--but I don't think any hispanic person could tolerate these starters. The southwest quesadilla was fine. At least it's not pretending to be more than it is.

Good food at a good price. Fish taco had lots of fish, salsa was fresh and tasty. Drink are a good price too. Definitely a repeat. Also my girlfriend is vegan, and the tofu taco was really good in her opinion too. Seasoned well.

Six crispy tostones were delish! The bowl of chicken tortilla soup was flavorful, but not what expected. The soup was really just chunks of chicken in a broth with tiny little tomatoes and onions. There were no tortillas in the soup, rather chips were served on the side. The chips, we're disappointing. Certainly the soup was tasty, but I would not consider it to be chicken tortilla.

I'm half Mexican and traveled frequently to Mexico City. The food from this establishment is not what I'm used to. Prepared differently. I ordered the chicken tacos which were tasty. They use large flour tortillas when I'm used to small corn tortillas. I also ordered Nachos with chicken. I was disappointed with this entree. Nachos were created in Texas. Though the chicken is delicious it's not served as most Americans are used to. The cooks are probably from a northern region or south towards Guatemala. It's just different from my experiences in Mexico.

the food i got looked very promising but unfortunately it was lacking in seasoning/flavor. the ingredients all loved fresh though and besides needing a little more seasoning everything was great! definitely recommend:)

Love these guys and the amazing job they do. Chicken, steak, and fish taco is my triumvirate of flavor every time.

I hadn’t been to Taco Republik in over 5 years and the food is still amazing. The serving size is enough for me to split in half. You can’t go wrong with The Namaste tacos. Definitely worth a visit.

I appreciate the quick fast service for lunch. So the inside of my carnitas tacos were great but I hate their flour tortillas. They literally just need to change the tortillas they use.
