A place that genuinely never fails when it comes to special outings. My wife and I are always welcomed to a wonderful atmosphere with friendly servers. Waitimes are pretty long depending on the day, but is normal due it being very popular and busy.Food quality wise 9/10- only being that once in a blue moon that our steaks are overcooked, but the manager was absolutely helpful in getting the situation a priority.Service 10/10- its quite rare to find perfect service, but this pace never falls short.Atmosphere 8/10- place has a nice atmosphere, but sometimes I do tend to find that the places where we are seated is kinda messy at the tips of our feet. Not to much of a problem on the table.Overall the top 3 in all of tallahasee in terms of best go-to spots.

They brought out the entrees 2 mins after they gave us our salads so I had them take them back to keep them warm. When they returned the entrees my sweet potato and hubby's baked potato were cold. So cold the butter didn't even soften. So they took them back and we waited again. And again the potatoes were cold and the meat cooked a little more. So again they were returned. Again waiting for awhile they brought them out and hubby's potato was warm enough he could eat it but my sweet potato was even colder than the first two. The inside was borderline raw it was so cold. So I ate my steak and intended to finish cooking the potato at home. Upon warming the potato at home it had a weird taste so I guess it was a blessing in disquise I didn't eat it. The waiter was friendly. The topper of the whole day is it was my birthday, so obviously I was frustrated I didn't get to enjoy my meal. Side note: we've never had so many issues at this location on prior visits.Parking: Ther is a decent size parking lot just some of the spaces don't accomodate larger vehicles. And it's usually full so parking bleeds over to the Office Depot spots next door. Also need more handicap spotsWheelchair accessibility: There are a few handicap spots and a ramp to enter the restaurant. However someone has to open two sets of doors for you as they open outward and there's liimited space to get around them by yourself. They do have some tables you can wheel right up to. But you will have a wait as the majority of the tables are lifted with a step up to sit down.

It was AMAZIN. I got the blooming onion for the first time, it was so freaking good.. and I got the the country fried sirloin with creamy gravy.. it was life changing good. & I can't not mention the rolls and cinnamon butter u get right when u get to the table.. If you haven't been to this restaurant yet, you haven't fully lived.

Had a party of 5 just trying to have a family dinner, the hostess kept sending texts messages back to back telling us that our table was ready and once we approached the hostess stand and they told us that our table wasn't ready. Once we got seated and ordered our drinks, there was NO SUGAR in the sweet tea. Our Appetizers were cold and surely enough when I ordered I ordered applesauce as a side for a T-Bone steak ( ordered to be cooked medium-well ) thinking they can't mess that up. Once we got our food half of the steak was way over cooked past well done and the other half was cooked well done and couldn't even chew half of if because it was so overcooked and hard. The Applesauce was honestly the best part. Not to mention they always have music BLARING in there so everyone is talking at a louder volume. I cant even have a conversation with anyone sitting across from me with them having a difficult time hearing me. Definitely would not recommend considering they can't even cook steak right. ? At least our waiter was nice.

Came in after the lunch hour was over shortly after 2 pm. Had a pleasant service and did get a good-tasting steak, Seasoned well, though its presentation was horrible it was delicious and provided sufficient supplement for my Steak appetite that day. Great baked potato. Only disappointment was the Steamed vegetables were mushy and overcooked broccoli with 4 slices of carrots. Didn't want to cause any issue with the meal and decided not to photograph the irregular cut steak. But will return at some point in time.

Even tho we put our names on the list before we got there. They called a few minutes after getting there, and we think we are about to get seated. Only to go inside and wait some more. Food was not its best. Waitress messed up my order. No, nothing was going on that day. No special events, or anything going on. I'll try again another day. I heard they are good. So until next time that's my experience
Have always enjoyed going there until yesterday. Ordered steaks with mushroom and onions and a side of mushroom gravy. They mixed our orders up, food was all cold. They redid it and I swear my steak that came this time was smaller than what I had. Our waitress barely checked on us and I got up and asked to see the manager. ( My daughter actually wanted to eat elsewhere and mentioned she had not had a good steak in a while. I mentioned Texas Roadhouse and we turned around and went there). Big mistake on my part…. I like consistency. I go back to places that provide the same quality every time. Oh, they did give us a coupon for a return visit. Would rather have had that money deposited back in my bank account. Will not be returning. !

My boyfriend and I came for lunch yesterday and ordered an appetizer to start off with, however the manager came to the table with our waitress (who was very pleasant) and apologized for a mishap on the appetizer and stated they would have to prep them again which would take an hour, and offered us an appetizer on the house and also a little card for a free appetizer for our next visit. He also was very welcoming before this even happened and checked on us as well, prior to the appetizer situation. You don’t see great management much anymore, so I definitely applaud him for this! I did not catch his name but we had a great time and the food was good, will be returning.

This place is filthy and the food is horrible. Should have walked out of this restaurant when I first noticed the men’s bathroom had not been cleaned in months. Ordered a porterhouse steak and it tasted like it was cooked last week and reheated today in a microwave. Surprisingly this place has people lined up waiting to eat here. Our server was excellent and got the manager to take the steak off our bill. I hope we dont get food poisoning from what we ate here. Someone needs to inspect this place for health standards…
