Don’t be fooled by their website or other reviews, their food was ok. Wings were pretty soggy, their “beer cheese sauce” is just queso out of a can, and their “smoked brisket” is the same stuff you get at Arby’s. They have a cool bar/pool house atmosphere and pretty great bar tenders and waiters. Just go into this as bar/pool house before a restaurant like they digitally advertise.

The Wilbury is about a much of a dive bar as humanly possible, and I mean that in the best way possible! They have a good selection of draft beer, various bar games, and are cooking seriously good wings out of an Airstream trailer parked behind the business. I got the Buffalo Flash Fried Smoked Wings with Alabama White Sauce. The Wilbury claims to make the best wings in Tallahassee. Based on my experience, they very well might. The wings were smoky and tangy and the Alabama White Sauce was fantastic with them. I'll definitely be back the next time i'm in town for a game.

The Wilbury will always hold a special place in my heart for some of my favorite times spent in college. The service is outstanding and the bartenders and staff are always accommodating and very quick to be of kind help. Either an early evening on the patio, or a busy Saturday night, I always feel excited and happy to be there. The food is ridiculously tasty. Ultimately, this spot deserves recognition.

I asked to order some some wings. The Bartender told me there was 5 minutes left to order so I ordered it immediately. Now maybe I shouldn't have ordered, but I did anyways. What I got was some reheated dry tasteless wings. It was pretty much inedible.I wasn't making a fuss about getting food so late at night, if the kitchens closed it's closed, I wouldnt have minded just having my beer and no food. Why they decided to give me food that was obviously old and bad says alot about the place.

Food here always hits the spot. Come here for a late night bite and drinks stronger than you planned for, and enjoy a fun, boisterous, and potentially blurry time.

Kish, Gabe, Joe, and Ian made sure me and my friends had an awesome night. I highly recommend the beer cheese philly- it was delicious! Loved the atmosphere, quick service, and good vibes all around. Try the mini bowling if you get the chance it was so much fun, we will definitely be back!

Loud. So very loud! It's a bar and it's vast, and if you go on a Saturday night, expect for there to be a wait to play pool.Oh, and after 10 PM, if you're not 21+, they kick you out. Definitely have never seen that before. Maybe I'm out of touch when it comes to college bars?At any rate, they have beer and wine. Probably liquor, too, although I don't recall seeing it. They have food options as well, mainly wings, burgers, and heaps of macaroni and cheese from an accompanying food truck.Tried their pulled pork macaroni and cheese and just pass. Way too cheesy with a clearly cheap cheese and the pork wasn't even properly cut. This establishment leaves forks wrapped on the table but no other cutlery, so you have to ask and honestly it wasn't worth asking for a knife for such food.I can't say I wouldn't return, but I can definitely tell you this isn't my scene. Way too full, way too boisterous, and did I mention that I can tell I'm getting old at this place? Staff was so incredibly young that it baffled me.

Visiting town and was expecting a bbq joint with all of the “smoked” menu items. Got the Philly beer cheese and it was just Steak-Ums, no smoked flavor. The wife got the smoked tofu sandwich, no smoked flavor to that. I give it 2 stars bc it does look like a decent bar to drink in.

Typical college bar. The spicy margaritas were good and the pretzel was delicious. Gets crowded with limited pool tables.Parking: Extremely limited and tight.
