The food is normally good here and I enjoy Tijuana flats. However, I recently just got the shrimp bowl and it came with everything except for the shrimp! I am paying for shrimp so I should get shrimp. I would have rather waited an extra minute or 2 for you all too make sure the order is correct.

I’ve never left a bad review but I was shocked at the food I received here. I got 2 orders of tacos that had maybe 5 pieces of chicken each. There was barely any meat or toppings in the tacos AND the chips were hard and stale. I could understand if it was busy but there was only 3 tables of people and no one waiting in line. I love tijuana flats and was excited to treat myself to tacos but this was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a long time.

i had a burrito it was worst burrito i've ever had in my life wasn't toasted or tight really messy seemed like the tortilla was 4x the food portion size the only reason i didn't return it is because it was raining ill save my money next time for sure great customer service though

Delicious! Their Chili Garlic Steak and Tater Tot burrito is by far one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Who would’ve thought tater tot’s are good inside a burrito. All the food I’ve had here is delicious but that burrito I just mentioned, you have to try it! Also, their gold queso is unbelievably amazing. I’ll sometimes go to Tijuana Flats just to pick up some queso. If you’re looking for good burritos or tacos, you cannot go wrong getting them from Tijuana Flats!

Not enough food in the entire restaurant to fulfill an order of 40 wings and 2 take home taco kits. The restaurant cancelled my order without telling me until I showed up at the restaurant for pick up 2.5 hours later, as scheduled.

I was so excited to finally try this because I heard such good things. I ordered online and when I got there, they told me it wasn't ready yet. I waited 15 more minutes, still wasn't ready, and then I got an email saying I was refunded because they didn't have what I ordered. I'm not sure why it took them that long to realize they didn't have the ingredients to make what I ordered. They should also take it off the online ordering system if they're out of something. So i waited another 10 minutes for them to come let me know they couldn't make my order, and they never even told me. If I hadn't checked my email, I would have been sitting there for 30 minutes for nothing! They did not say anything to me, no apology, no one even asked if I wanted to order something else. Will not return.

This restaurant is one of Tallahassee's hidden gems! Everything we tried was delicious (flantas, tacos, chips, guacamole, salsa, queso, and wings). They have a sauce bar where you can get a variety of sauces from sweet to spicy to hot and you can purchase your favorite in bottled form to take home. The staff are so attentive and accommodating. Even though it was a counter order restaurant and you aren't assigned a waitress/waiter, we felt so taken care of. From drink refills to sauce recommendations, the care was incredible. Will be back again and I'm recommending this restaurant to everyone I know!
