I go to vale too frequently to not have left a review already.The staff here is always friendly and the management is polite too. They notice if I haven’t been in a while so it s always nice to come in cuz the vibes are familial.Today Liberty got me in and out the line fast and Nico is always a welcoming presence.
Love the Acai bowls but need to keep the strawberry granola in stock more. Lady at the register let me sample the gluten free which wasn't bad.

I cannot explain how much I love this place! I tried it for the first time today because I was looking for a healthy meal. Not only do they have a HUGE selection to choose from, but their food is so delicious! Even though they were busy, employees were kind enough to explain everything step by step. The food is so flavorful. I 100% am coming at least 10 more times.

I ordered the regular bowl and she offered guidance on what will pair well when I asked. Can’t wait to come back to the W Tenn location!
I guess they don't like delivery drivers much. Missing some items for the order, no big deal, contacted customer and they were cool with replacements for the missing items. I asked the staff member for the replacement options and got an extremely rude and unprofessional response. Do better.

I often get the BOGO small or regular build your own. Always delivers. One time I went to the wrong store (on W Tennessee). An employee called the manager of the other store (on Madison) to see if he'd wait for me to pick it up. That store had already closed about 15 minutes beforehand too! And the manager said yes. I was amazed how the staff at both stores did everything they could to get to my food to me. That was above and beyond customer service and I will not forget it.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easy to access with a wheelchair
Good food, prices are on the higher side.Some of the menu doesn't match offerings.Nitro brewed coffee is just regular iced coffee, nothing 'nitro' about it. For the price one would expect some carbonation.Only a handful of 'boosts' were really available, mostly regular condiment stuff.
