During my recent visit to Vertigo, I encountered several service and food quality issues that significantly impacted our dining experience. The timing of the meal service was noticeably disjointed. We experienced a considerable delay in the arrival of dishes, with my daughter's burger arriving significantly earlier than my salad. This lapse in synchronization meant our meals were not enjoyed together, diminishing the overall dining experience. Furthermore, the quality and preparation of the food did not meet expectations. The burger served to my daughter was almost rare, deviating from the standard we expect from the restaurateur. Additionally, when my salad was eventually served, the order was incomplete, further compounding our disappointment. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff and the potential of the restaurant, these service inconsistencies and culinary missteps regrettably overshadowed our visit. I have been a fan of Chef Gwen for years and the dining experience at Vertigo is not up to his standards. Based on my last three visits, I am hesitant to return or recommend it to others.

The menu is a bit too complex with lots of options. However, the results are spectacular. I have the vertical Burger and it was absolutely delicious. I also had the cheesy bacon fries. And the appleeood bacon was very nice.

My wife and ordered burgers, fried onion rings, and drink for a Tuesday lunch.Drinks were great.Burger buns were so cold they must have been stored in the cooler, along with the meat, cheese and veggies.Fried onion rings were 3 more seconds in the fryer and would have been burnt. After we were finishing lunch, told the manager or owner about buns. He said they could not have been cold because they toast the insides on the grill. I told him they were not toasted and offered to have him come and touch the bun. He said nothing and went back into the kitchen.Enjoyed past dining at VB. Disappointed today.

I regret not taking pictures. The burgers were great! The fries weren't spectacular, typical fries, and for a full order they were a little overpriced. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and timely. I'll be back. Next time I will take pictures.Credit card fees. Who am I to offer advice, but, I intensely dislike places that pass there credit card fees onto the consumer. If that's the case, why don't I just pay the cook, the cashier, and the Coca-Cola guy too? Credit card fees are a cost of doing business plain and simple. If you pass it on, you do so in the price of the goods. Opinion only. Still a five star review.

Friendly staff.Had a gluten free bun, yay!Gluten free bun, not so great. ?But their French fries were amazing!Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free bun, but it's not the best, it's pretty dense and spongy. Grateful for the option tho!

The person at the register may have been brand new, so I will give her some grace. She asked only 2 of the 4 people in our group how we wanted our burger, which was medium. One of the burgers came out medium, and the others were well done and dry. The truffle cheese tasted soapy and turned my stomach. Everyone else at our table scrapped it off. The fries were really good, but the fried green tomatoes had no flavor at all. For $80, I was really hopeful for a great meal. It was such a letdown. My 1st experience when they 1st opened was great, but it's gone way down the hill.

Awesome burgers and the best onion rings I've ever had! I live in Nashville TN. Wish they had that here.

7 bucks for a small fry. Sorry, far from being worth it.

The food is great, but the service is slow. 30 minutes is too long to wait for a burger and fries.Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers are great and unique

Upon entering you have to check out the menu first and then place your order. You’re given a number then you grab a seat. They bring you the food. The food was good but the service was mediocre. I’m very big on service no matter what sort of establishment it is. They forgot or missed an item on our order and we had to go and afk about it. Ticket was put away so they had to search/look for it in the pike of tickets. All in all a cool place to grab a bite. The background music could be better and their milkshakes could be served in those hot/cold cups. It froze our hands off. Just things I noticed. Oh I had the straight up burger & onion rings. Not your typical style rings but they were edible.

The patty melt had the hamburger bun it was served on turned inside out. I never have seen that before. Ordered 2 burgers medium rare and neither one was. It took 30 to screw up 2 burgers and put out great sweet potatoe fry. I haven’t been there in awhile because of the same type of service and food.
