This was my first time going to this place since they reopened after renovations. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in town. I actually took my wife on our first date here. Today I had the Tijuana dog and the Abe Froman. I love the Abe Froman because it's an ode to Ferris Bueller and reminds me of Chicago. It's definitely not your traditional hotdogs condiments but I love how the pickle, onions, and tomato come together. The Tijuana is an interested flavor combination. The sour cream and guacamole mesh well and the crispy bacon gives it a little crunch.

Very creative hot dogs. Great for a quick snack. We had Good Ol' Boy and Jefferson, both tasty and filling.

Cashier/waitress was very friendly. Unfortunately we had never been there before and we let another couple proceed us. As we stepped up to order the cook advised the waitress to stop taking orders for hamburgers because he was going to have to patty out some more. We ask how low to wait for this and as the waitress was asking the cook he responded by throwing his hands up and saying no more burgers. We went 20 miles out of way to try this establishment. The hot dogs were good and deserved a 5 star review, but the attitude the cook ruined our first and only experience with this establishment

These hotdogs really hit the spot! The employees give great recommendations and there's such a large variety of toppings.

This is my favorite food place in tally I go once a week. I get the hot dog wrapped in bacon with fries and I would probably have this as my last meal. Happy hour is awesome PBR's for 2.00 sign me up any day of the week. I would honestly just sit inside and not eat that is how cool decor is inside this place. I definitely recommend going it's a Tallahassee staple!

Nice clean establishment, Good size cowabunga Burger served with fries , hamburger could use seasoning , other then that will be back try something new. Daughter had kid size burger half burger and macaroni, she loved that, no complaints . Husband had voodoo , toppings and ingredients great , burger was bland, overall small fix and will be 5 star!

I really wanted it to be better. The name, decor, the fact it's a local joint near campus. I should've loved this place. But it seemed like no one really cared about the food or service. And a $15 burger should be something special but it just wasn't.I'm going to go back a couple more times to give Voodoo Dog the benefit of a doubt that I went on an off day.I'll update the posting if it gets better.

It's not bad at all but I think a few things were lacking. I ordered an Abe Frohman and it was great but lacking the celery salt. See picture. That would have really set it off. I also built my own Voodoo Dog with Chili, slaw and mustard. They forgot the mustard but I added my own. Honestly, not much flavor here and maybe the Good Old Boy off the menu would have been better. It has baked beans instead of chili. Also had some chili cheese fries and added the Voodoo Dog Awesome Sauce which made these well, awesome! Tack on a Abita root beer all for under $20 and it really wasn't bad at all. I really liked the look and atmosphere here too. I mean I ate in a booth with Christian Slater from Gleaming the Cube, they had Van Halen, Metallica and Megadeth records hanging and played Hear About it Later by Van Halen so I was really impressed by the 80's vibe! I'd love to try some more options. Missing a few things that I think would have really hit it out of the park though.

So happy they are back in business! A great casual spot for some delicious hot dogs. My favorite is the voodoo dogs with their curry ketchup. So good. Their fries are also delicious. Also the interior and the vibe of this place is very 80s and chill.

loved the atmosphere and the food, but it took an hour and a half to get the food out. it wasnt even that busy, but i saw a few people leave due to the wait. the guy bringing food out had no clue who he was bringing it to as well, as there was no table numbers or names or anything. great food, but y'all really need a kitchen manager.

There are not enough words in the dictionary to tell you how much I love this place. A true tally classic, voodoo dogg offers something for everyone- literally. I am vegetarian and haven't had a restaurant hot dog in yeaaaarssss, until of course, voodoo dogg. Gamedays wouldn't have been complete without a pit stop here. The service is always fast, employees always kind. I got in a habit of calling in my order and picking it up at the venue and they were always so efficient with their to-go orders. The restaurant has indoor + outdoor seating with cool posters and vintage props hanging and an even cooler exterior.
