Maybe I caught yall on a good day, but the staff working Sunday Afternoon was very nice and professional. The food was fresh and my kids were happy. More days like this, thank you!

The signs in the window don't mention using a app., but the workers inside say the ads in the front window are for app. users only, they are sales, but using the app. isn't stated, instructed as needed on the advertisement.The workers didn't seem to want to answer when asked what the cost of a burger ? was, saying you need to find out in the app. when a customer had stated they wanted to know. The prices are on the board, but the customer had a very hard time reading it.

I don't know who the older lady is that took my order. But she has great customer service skills, she made me laugh, she was kind and patient and understanding. Please keep her because she has her own swag and I like it. I will come back just to see her and to have my soul tickled.

Literally trash!!! It should not take 32 minutes to get fast food. I went to get my sons food from here and it took 32 minutes after me sitting outside and finally walked inside to get it and then the staff had a nerve to be mad at me and I’m the one that paid money and didn’t get any food.!! SO RUDE!

Placed an order thru drive through. Asked the lady for ranch at the window that broke back mountain he/she grunted and gave we sweet and sour. If you don't like your job get a new one ma'am
All of our food was thrown in the bag upside down so the nuggets and fries were in the bottom of the bag. They also forgot a whole 6 pc nugget, and the fries were old.

The service here was decent. They didn’t have some stuff in stock that we ordered but they were courteous. The main reason I didn’t leave it higher is that there was a worker just laid across the bar. Her shoes were on the floor and bag in the chair and she just gave the whole atmosphere an attitude of “don’t give a …” In fact when we first came in, we weren’t even sure if dine in was a thing because she was the first thing you saw - laid out on the bar, and no one even looked up at us. You have to place your own order. It’s just an awkward place inside overall.The food was good though except for the chicken sandwich. The mayo tasted weird.
