Walk in closed because they are short on employees. Only drivethru open. Totally rebuilt but can't get enough staff to keep inside open. We left and went to another restaurant...not Wendy's!

4/3/24 UPDATE- tried contacting customer service without luck so leaving this here. a couple weeks ago on a sunday morning I got a honey chicken biscuit. I shouldnt have eaten it because it looked old and dry but my hungry self did anyway. The next few days I was constantly vomiting with diarrhea (food poisoning) . I figured I would try it again today and got the breakfast baconator. There is a strip of plastic IN the sandwich. Im done. Cant go here anymore. Be careful yall and check your meal well before you eat itOriginal- Not only is this brand new Wendy’s dirty, they’re also out of pub buns… I had higher hopes since its brand new.. oh well. Its food.

Two nights in a row I pulled into the drive through for a last minute snack close to closing time. Both nights they shut down earlier than their posted hours. I never support businesses that don't stay open during the hours they post. Went to Chick-Fil-A next door that was open 9:59pm (they close at 10pm) as they seem to be able to stay open during the hours they post. I'm sure the excuse will be "but we have trouble hiring people". The reality is you likely aren't paying enough to your employees to make it worth their while. How about incentivize your employees pay. Give them an extra couple of bucks as a bonus paid at the end of the month if they; 1. show up on time to work 2. work their full shift 3. Meet production challenges and 4. Provide great customer service. Without any incentive you'll be lucky to have people show up at all.

Nothing but sass and indifference from staff. Wrong burger. Remake burger cold and hard, over cooked. Cold cheese. PATHETIC. Keep hiring those people with all of that ATTITUDE. You will be broke. Would love to talk to management. ???
