got my order so wrong, I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger with everything on i, and it was disgusting, not the first time this happened. Fries had absolutely no salt WHAT SO EVER. Service was horrible, so very rude. Do not recommend. (This was in Tallahassee)

I would rate the food but I couldn’t even get anything because the cashier kept claiming they’re out of everything. Granted I came in at 10 pm at night but this particular location doesn’t close until midnight. The location was empty and I could see a bunch of employees standing around and fiddling on their phones. All I wanted was some chili fries but the cashier said they are out so I asked for other options like cheese fries or baconator fries, the cashier proceeded to tell me they don’t have anything, not even just plain fries. How do you run out of fries?? It was very apparent that they were just trying to get me to leave by lying because they clearly were too lazy to make anything. The customer service was just plain awful, I could tell by the voice of the employee that they did not want to be there.

I will never go back to this restaurant I've stood at register 2x this week and never spoken to and was looked at at register while I waited 10 min for manager to correct trainee alone and walk off. Worst service ever will never go back regardless food quality is pathic service is worse and cooks has no hair nets or hats on in the kitchen

I ordered a $5 biggie bag and a potato, and I then asked if I could have a spoon. As I was pulling away from the drive thru, a lady said “she don’t need no damn spoon”. Terrible service quality, just do your damn job and get me a free utensil when I ask instead of complaining. thanks❤️
Burgers were old. Lettuce and tomato was frozen. Buns were stiff and stale. Now I see why there's never anyone here for lunch when I come through. I won't be back to this

Ordered 2 potatoes and 4 nuggets. Nobody else in line. They pulled us up to cheat their drive thru time and left us waiting about 10 minutes.But, I'm glad corporate got their 30 second drive thru service time.

My son went through the drive thru tonight and when we got home they did not have any chili just gave me the taco salad. They also left out my medium fries. They have my husband a sweet tea instead of an unsweet tea. As much as we pay to eat out these days I think we should get better service. We have gone to two other restaurants where they have gotten our order wrong as well. I am going to start leaving bad reviews if my orders are wrong from now on. I am so sick of getting wrong orders!!!
