Best burgers anywhere. On a visit in July of 2022 I found it to be very fast very clean and well staffed. I had the number 22 breakfast. It was as good as I have ever had. Fresh and hot including the hashbrowns. I highly recommend the thomasville road store. An April 2024 found great service with an unbelievable fast service. I filled my drink and they were bringing it to my table. I have only had service this fast once before and that was 2500 miles away at Mary Brown's in St John's Newfoundland. I would suggest you try both to compare and Contrast.

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes to order food, and it took another 20 minutes to get to the window. Extremely poor service. The wait time should never be that long.
I'm just so tired of this whataburger. There is something wrong with every delivery I get. No ketchup, the wrong ketchup, no fries, no ice in my drink, and no cheese on your burger just hits harder when you actually have to pay for the cheese ?. This could also be just a night shift thing because I usually order late, but you'd think with less volume than the day shift, you'd take the time to actually make sure people get the food they ordered and paid for. I ordered a whatameal w cheese and a sprite last night and they sent me a burger in a bag and a sprite with no ice ?! Not a single fry, ketchup, or napkin could be found. Please be so for real!

The people working there were awesome, and my daughter loved the Dr. Pepper shake. Normally, I wouldn't give a fast food place 5 stars, but the employees were some of the best I've interacted with for a fast food place.

Coming from Texas I’m always excited to eat here. I’ve been to plenty of them all over the south and it’s a hit or miss. The one in Auburn is sub par, this one was filled with friendly staff and it was clean. I really wish they would try and offer more Keto options.
