I had stop going here for a while due to a very rude employee, but decided to give it a try again thinking maybe it was just tht one time or they had a bad day.I go again and they were just as bad, on top of forgetting to give any of the milkshakes i ordered, i just kindly asked for wht was missing and yet again got really nasty attitude. I am sure there was a reason for this, ik they may be understaffed and not paid enough but still i never have been rude and just dont go there anymore.Im sure the employees could care less if whether someone stops going there to buy food BUT I am saying this for anyone who might not want to get there night or meal ruined by someone who is being overworked and underpaid.

I live very close to this Whataburger and I come very frequently at very late hours and I must admit Carla gives me absolutely exceptional service everytime I am in there she is beyond friendly and works very hard and efficiently to make sure my experience is fantastic I thank her on every occasion and I commend her work I truly do hope that everyone that visits this establishment is blessed with her fantastic service because she puts a smile on my face everytime

The cashier was very energetic and nice. She gave suggestions on what to try be cause I was indecisive at the time.I ordered the fish sandwich combo. She suggested I eat the fries with the jalapeño ranch since I like spicy food, but I selected the spicy ketchup instead.Upon receiving my order I checked to make sure my sandwich was made properly and it was. The only down side about my food was the fries. The container was partially full, and I don't think it was enough to even be considered a small. The food was hot and delicious so I can't complain too much.

Absolutely. Amazing, wonderful. They were polite nice at just all of the above. The food was Perfect as always. I won't be going to any other wataburger but this location.....
The manager there has always been on his game as far as ticket times, food taste, the food temperature, freshness. I wish I worked for him. He is also very polite. The young lady at the register Diana was nice she greeted me with a smile and took my order accurately. I WILL BE BACK.

This place is one of my favorite places to go to at night there are a few here in Tallahassee but my favorite one is the one on Thomasville road u can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and the service is great ?

I went thru the drive thru my order was wrong sandwich and cold fries after I got home I called back talk to Manager Katina she said come tomorrow and get another meal I went the next day with my receipt gave it to her and she want in the back came back out and said I should have brought the wrong meal back I told her I stay aways from here I thought I was going to get a Meal I got a sandwich in a bag and that's it I will not go to that Whataburger again and by the was I eat there 4 times a week

The food was piping hot. When we made it home an hour later it was perfect for eating. Everything was amazing. The young man at the drive-thru window was very polite.
