Very disappointed with the service provided today. My Vietnam Veteran friend wearing a veterans cap was not offered the restaurant’s veteran discount. When it was mentioned to the cashier he was told “sorry the order has order already been rung up”. Very disrespectful and unacceptable treatment.

The brisket was the worst I ever had. Super dry. They should just not even offer it. 4 rivers is better alternative. However the chicken was okay and sides weren’t terrible. I had baked beans and Mac n cheese.

Second time eating here, years apart. I wanted to give it a second chance, but…Definitely still the WORST bbq in Tally. The meat just tastes OLD and dry. I’m guessing Willie made this herself decades ago because it’s just got the weirdest texture and is so dang dry.Between my wife and I, we tried the sausage (reminded us of a slim Jim), brisket, pulled pork (zero flavor), and ribs. Oh the ribs. I love ribs and these were just awful. How can ribs be awful? No idea but ask Willie.The sides were lackluster. Cornbread and pickle chips were okay but the beans were bland and the hush puppies were undercooked.I am not sure how this place is still in business. The place was fairly empty when I arrived. Cashier was friendly.I’d give this place a hard pass.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and was thoroughly impressed. Every single thing we ordered was delicious! Green beans were my favorite? My boyfriend loved his pulled pork and the banana pudding is to die for! Place was clean and well kept, and the staff were all so kind! Definitely our new fav BBQ spot in Tallahassee!

By far some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had, and the collard greens are amazing. The meat is so tender and flavorful, it practically melts in your mouth. The barbecue sauce is the perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and it complements the smoky flavors perfectly. And let's not forget about the collard greens – they're cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning. Every bite is a burst of deliciousness. I can't wait to go back and have another plate of this mouthwatering barbecue and those incredible collard greens.

The food was amazing. Service was courteous and quick. Ambiance was good for football night after the game. So glad they were open on the way home. No line or waiting. Will be back again!

Wings were tasty, hushpuppies were a little dry, but with their choices of multiple sauces they were all gone in seconds. I would have tried their lemonade but the machine didnt look like it had been cleaned, and their youngest employee seemed to be more interested in watching the game and vaping rather than taking care of things that could have been done around the restaurant.

We placed an online pick up order this evening. It said the food would be ready by 636…upon arrival the cashier stated they hadn’t been receiving on line orders so it would be a wait…i said ok, I can understand that(even left a tip)..HOWEVER…it’s almost 7pm and I’m still waiting, and have watched multiple people and door dashers walk up the the window and grab their order.if this is a staffing problem, management should probably address it…if it’s an online system errors, again it should be addressed…but it’s really not ok to have a customer who ordered almost an hour ago for a pick up still waiting past the pick up time (by 30min)…it’s 7:06 now
