I used to order from here all the time back in college (2012) I have since moved away from campus and delivery is not available in my area. I missed it so much I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my cookies I was extremely disappointed. The cookies were cold and rock hard, not gooey and hot like they used to be. I’m not sure what happened since then but I don't see myself ordering from here in the future.

I ordered through Uber Eats. The entirety of my order was incorrect. I contacted Uber Eats and they said they aren’t responsible for the restaurant putting the wrong food in the bag. I called the restaurant and they advised the best they could do is give me half off another order. So I paid the full amount, neither party claims responsibility and I got none of what I ordered. Rather than choosing to make their customer happy and work with the delivery partner they contact with Z Baked prefers not to take action.

We had our order delivered via Bite squad. driver said they had him waiting 30 minutes instead of the 10 they told. In our order we had a double order of mozzarella sticks, loaded tots and 3 bowls of mac. The mozzarella sticks were cold and soggy. the so call loaded tots had next to no cheese on them, and 4 small pieces of bacon so dried out it was inedible, I literally could not chew it. The mac was the worst part it was extremely dried out and tasteless. I have had Walmart brand box mac that was more appetizing that what we received. For $70 (before the delivery fees, i might add) we really expected better quality! I was told to post my complaint to the Facebook page

I'm a college student who sometimes stays up studying late and depends on restaurants like Douglicious [NEVER had a problem with them] and ZBaked [first time ordering and I regret it] to keep my hunger out of the way for the next few hours or atleast until I fall asleep. So, I ordered my food an hour and thirty-minutes ago and it comes literally an one hour and thirty minute after. The burger I ordered looked poorly presented and put together and was hard for me to chew through, I could barely bite through the damn thing. The only complaint I do not have for them is that their mashed potatoes are pretty freaking tasty; other than that, never ordering their burgers again.

I just called to place a cookie delivery order for my daughter. The guy who answered the phone on December 12, 2017 at 12:40 pm was so rude and miserable that I had to hang up on him to avoid a huge confrontation. I'm so disappointed...I really wanted to surprise my daughter with a gift. She was feeling down today because it was the first holiday we are celebrating since her grandparents both passed away last month. The main purpose of this review is to let the owner know how bad this employee is. I would want to know if I had someone working for me that was turning away customers. I would think a cookie shop would be in the business of making people's days just a little bit better instead of making them feel worse.

Its been 40 minutes after expected delivery time and im still waiting for my 20$ order. I called and nobody picked up after 4 minutes.The food just got here. The burger is drenched in mayonnaise and all the food is cold. They were out of hot tomato soup so they gave me the option to "upgrade" to anything 5$. I chose the roast beef sandwich, which was a cold cut turkey sandwich. Portions are incredibly small and they charge as much as a restaraunt. Perhaps the worst dining experience of my life. Please do not ever give your money to this establishment, it needs to die the death it deserves.I'm halfway through the Mac and cheese and contemplating throwing it away. It literally has no spices in it whatsoever and tastes as if no salt was added.
I have i ordered a few times in the past my son has loved everything from the cookies and milk to the delicious mac & cheese and tater tot's. As a gift to his roommate we ordered a few vegan cookies that were surprisingly delicious I was told. They also put a happy birthday note on top of his box!

Z Baked is also Penny Delivery... So, here's my review for both...Z Baked:Z Baked food is horrible. The taste does not equal the cost. I don't eat McDonald's but I rather eat McDonald's than Z Baked any day.Penny's Feedback:Horrible customer service. They get your order wrong and won't refund you your money or redeliver the order. Instead they want to refund you for the part of the order that is wrong or they expect you to wait another 45 mins for them to redeliver the part of the order that was incorrect. So, they expect you to eat the correct part while waiting 45 mins for the rest of your order to show up. That's ridiculous... Guess that's why they only charge a penny for delivery. You get what you pay for with this company. LITERALLY!!!

I stopped there with some friends last night, probably around 9 pm. I was wary walking in because the place looked like it was closed, but a very friendly and patient man came out and let us browse until we decided what we wanted. We got 6 cookies and all of them were fantastic, warm and soft. The cashier even threw in an extra cookie for us because the batch had just come out of the oven. Will definitely visit again!

My first time having Z baked today and I was really disappointed with the food. The cheesecake tasted absolutely horrible and the brownies were dry and tasted like stale store bought chocolate cake. They were also more than 20 min late with the delivery though that didn't bother me as much as the quality of the food we got.
