Unsure of if this was a manager or not, but the middle aged heavier set women who’s overseeing the drive through should be ashamed of how she spoke to the young girl taking orders and other fellow staff . I came in today just to order a drink and watched the adult LOUDLY berate the younger girl about how she’s “ruining the drive through ” “needs to get out the way so someone else can do it” “making the times look bad” (mind you she claims they changed from 41 to 50 seconds, and the girl seems young and inexperienced. Any decent human being would try to use this as a teaching moment, not one to disrespect and belittle someone)and the heavy women continued ranting loudly to herself, talking down to this girl but did not once even turn to look at her or even address the girl directly.It was evident this older woman creates a toxic and hostile environment, as she created one for the customers unfortunate enough to be close. I hope the girl who was disrespected and belittled finds a better establishment and management for herself. She deserves way better than this.

Ordered the sensation salad with no vinaigrette. Paid extra for honey mustard dressings. Got threerggrillvwas so soggy I could not eat it and salad was soaked with teriyaki reading that made everything soggy. Called manager she implied that I need to jest how to order better because I likely confused the order taker. If I did not live so far would have returned,waste of my money!
I received a nibbler meal that had a bitten and wet fry in it. I’m pretty sure someone returned this food and they gave it to me instead of trashing it as everything was cold. I called the manager and she stated that she needs the food back to give a refund but the fry was probably wet because it was sat by the steam table. Such a poor excuse and would not explain why it was smashed like someone bit and spit it out. I will be calling the health department. Disgusting!

The young lady behind the counter seemed lost, with no confidence in what she was doing. There were other employees nearby who didn't seem to care. I felt sorry for her, but it wasn't as if she was trying to figure things out or move any faster. The lobby was full and there was no sense of urgency to get people in and out. Employees just standing around. This is straight up poor management and poor training. And I do realize you also have to hold the individual accountable as well. They could care less about customer service. Other customers (myself included) were visibly frustrated but trying to be nice. The management obviously doesn't care, or else they'd pay attention to the numerous bad reviews and work to fix their issues. Can honestly say I will never come back to this location. You probably won't miss my occasional eleven bucks, but hopefully others will read this and be compelled to leave their own reviews when they receive awful service; or even better, stop spending their money with you.

Chicken fingers were good but the chicken sandwich was rubbery and nasty. The soda machine was out of most choices and the ones that did work were like drinking club soda (hardly any syrup). It's my first bad experience at this store, hopefully my last.
