Went there during the lunch rush a few times around noon on week days , the drive thru had a long line but they get you served pretty fast. The food be on point
What happened to this zaxbys? It's nasty, unprofessional and only 1 out if 3 staff members are helpful in anyway and 1 out of 5 understand customer service. Please fire rude wait staff and clean this place up, people in the community deserve better.

Wasn't as friendly as other Zagsby restaurants. I couldn't get drive thru employee to acknowledge hello, thank you, or any other small talk pleasantries. Good thing the food was very good.

I always love going to Zaxby's the food is always fresh and the employees are normally very friendly and welcoming but when I went to this Zaxby's this one time it seemed like I was annoying the cashier that was up there I might add that I only went up to the register twice after ordering my food just because I had forgotten to get ketchup for my husband and because I needed a box before we left I have a small stomach and don't eat very big portions at a time it seems like I was annoying the person that was behind the register don't know her name but you could tell she was annoyed by my presence even though I only came up twice there was what looked to be a shift lead or a manager next to her that could see the annoyance on her face and took care of me like a customer representative should very graciously considering I had only asked for ketchup and then the second time a box so there was no reason for her face to show annoyance like it did I understand that customer service is not easy I've worked in customer service for 30 plus years so I know that everybody has their bad days but it's just sad to see somebody working in customer service that has such a bad attitude to somebody just needing ketchup and a box I hope she treats other customers better going forward and I hope that she was just having a bad day and if so I hope her day got better! Everybody have a wonderful day

The food was sloppy and overcooked. The service was extremely rude and the location was dirty. Even my takeout box had greasy fingerprints all on the outside, and the food was just tossed into the box all over the place. We did go inside to use the restroom and it was filthy.

First of all , NO SODA or SWEET TEA available. Had to drink fruit punch or lemon aide. Went for lunch and chicken was hard, like it's been cooked twice. Won't be going back.

Zaxbys is my favorite chicken place, coming to visit my parents here in Tallahassee and I was excited to stop and get some.... However, the drive thru person was the rudest person. I get not wanting to be at work, but it took them about 10 mins to even acknowledge I was in the drive thru. I finally had to say hello about 5 mins and he answered and said to give him a minute. 5 minutes later he takes my order, but is so unpleasant. Then when I get to the window to pay, he is extremely rude, doesn't say much and he finger nails are long and gross and he touches me with them. I tell him thank you and he doesn't acknowledge me, doesn't look at me and just goes back in the window... Also they got my order wrong. The chicken ist still good though!
