Purchased a wings and things meal… came with 13 French fries, 3 pieces of popcorn chicken, with 5 traditional bones…Def was not worth the money…I wouldn’t recommend this location until they change there service… it’s unacceptable

First of all they try to give you four pieces of popcorn chicken and call it chicken fingers. The next is they have burnt fries which they call Fresh. The manager had no problems what he was trying to serve or even care about the customer service. This Zaxby's is not one you should ever go to because there's definitely no idea customer service or proper food handling. Another company only concern about getting your money and not realizing where your money comes from. Working hard all day long with back obreaking jobs, it doesn't matter what job you have, places like this takes advantage of the working class. They will rob you as much as they can just to earn a extra dollar from the working people. Customer service and proper food respect is what I care about, I will not spend $12 for one small piece of chicken because you think that's how it's supposed to be. On another note never go to this Zaxby's they serve the same helping as they do prisoners. Yeah this is worse than prison because you have to pay for the prison food.

Ordered chi ken Philly minus aoli sauce. It came with veggies missing. Also ordered 4 piece meal with well done fries. Discovered, AFTER GETTING HOME, fries were cold/limp and NOT well done. Sat in parking lot for 10 minutes waiting for food. Had to wait, inside, another 5 minutes to get sandwich order corrected. Cook staff appeared to be oblivious to getting the order correct. Sad.

This location is extremely inferior to the nearby capital circle location. They are slow and serve much smaller portions. Even ordering ahead and they were not prepared. Countless times ives tried this location and everytime disappointed. The extra drive to capital circle is worth

Seriously, lobby closed at 3 pm? Just close and go home. Worthless employees. I cancelled my online order because I'm not waiting in the drive through for 10 cars to order and get their orders when mine is getting cold. You suck.

It's not the same restaurant, as it was when first opened. Carbonation on drink machine was out, food okay, and service was somewhat disinterested in what you might want as paying customer.

This is my first time eating at Zaxby’s so I ordered their Signature Club and this is what I got. One measily piece of bacon, 2 slices of pickle, cheese and chicken not even on the bun, more sauce on the container than the sandwich. Really???
