Very rude and very prejudice. All black establishment and a white couple walks in no one wants to wait on them or even give them a time of day. Waiting 6 minutes until another black person came in and lady behind counter engaged her in a conversation. Never again

The guys taking the order for me, Wilma I think, didn’t take my order at the menu. I got around to the window and no order was taken. He said he couldn’t hear me. Well why not ask me to drive around instead of wasting my time and yours??? Come on people. People need to start teaching their kids better work ethics.

If you order anything from this place make sure your order is correct and keep your receipt. If you don't have a receipt they'll treat you like a liar and won't do anything for you. I ordered a 10 piece strips and got a 3 piece snack they couldn't find my order so, I'm a liar. I didn't ring my order up. Someone at the register did that but, apparently didn't so it right so, now it's my fault. You can bet if I go in again I will be sure my order is correct before I leave. All the other Zaxby's will do something to make it right. Not this one

Pretty dissatisfied with my order today. From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food, it had been 30 minutes. Waited in a parking spot for 20 of those minutes for a salad and order of egg rolls. I walked in to ask about my order and it’s sitting on the counter, but I was told “it just came up”. Get in my car with my order and it’s cold but fried to a crisp. I have never not been parked when going through the drive thru at this location. If I’m parking, I’m expecting fresh food, and that’s not what I was served today. Also, the sweet and spicy sauce was missing from my order of egg rolls.

I've been here before, but never with service like this. I ordered a 5 piece buffalo fingers with a medium drink. The young lady placed the order and walked away. I never got my drink or paid yet. I flagged another girl down, and I paid her and asked for my drink cup. She never uttered a word. I waited for over 10 min and flagged the second girl down again, asking her for my food. She threw it into a bag and gave it to me. The first girl was taking two other girls' orders and then walking off again. Anyway, I got to work to find I received 4 pieces of cold rock, hard plain fingers, and nothing else. And i had paid for the nuclear sauce buffalo style fingers. So I believe that this location will be on my never visit anymore list. Unbelievable worst service I've ever received.
I ordered a mobile order to the wrong location so I called this Zaxby’s and informed them and they canceled my order and told me my refund would be here within 10 business days. It has been almost 3 weeks. I’ve called twice and left my phone number and I’ve not heard anything back. Zaxby’s took $30 from me.

This has to be the worst Zaxby’s location I have ever been to. SLOW service. When I say slow I mean in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. RUDE service members. They gave me attitude when I requested a refund after missing 2 items from my order. I only wanted those items refunded, not the food we did receive. New management is needed here ASAP. For such a new location, I am really disappointed with the service. I’ll be shocked if they’re open much longer.

Ordered online only to go through drive thru after receiving email saying food was ready at 6:01pm, only to be pulled to drive thru. 1. I was told the app lied saying my food was ready. No use ordering online if your just gonna be pulled when you arrive they didn’t even make my food until i arrived. It’s been about 10-minutes and I’m still waiting on my food.
